Central up 20-19 at half. Both teams show good flashes and early season mistakes. -

It should be a good game. I wish this game was a little later in the season as the team is still getting familiar with new system and with each other, but I'm glad to see we have some good teams on the non district schedule to get us ready for district. -
Barbers Hill beat Houston SFA last night 69-30. McKenzi May lead the way in her first game with 13 per the Chronicle. BH only has 3 returners from last year and a new coach. It will take a while for them to get gelled but they have some tough games in the next couple of weeks that will help them get there.

BH beat Kingwood Park by 8 to take 5th place today. BH beat Aldine easily in opener, lost in the 2nd round to Pearland in a close game and beat Sterling in their 3rd game.

Harden had a decent opening night for the Rockets..... Highest Rocket debut -
Where is Smith going? He was a good girls coach and also helped in boys youth program.

It is not very good and has not been for a very long time. I am a track guy I know. Some of our track records still stand today and "WILL" never be broken.
Well, I don't know what other track records at Orangefield are "Eye-popping" but you guys did turn out some distinguished pole vaulters for several years. 8)
Besided pole vaulting, Orangefield sure had some good middle distance runners in the 80's. I remember watching Peveto at state. I think he won the 800 in back to back years.

I'm hoping 99.9 will broadcast but I haven't heard anything on that. On the UIL site it says that Time Warner Cable will broadcast girls 1A-5A semifinal contests and 1A-4A championship games on the Texas Channel. Games on the Texas Channel also will be webcast on FoxSportsSouthwest.com and FoxSportsHouston.com
