The smoke from the Dayton game would be equivalent to the smoke from the candles of a 10 year old boys birthday cake.

There is no team left in this region that can beat the Dayton defense to the edges. Dayton has shut down two of the top running games in this region in the last few weeks. PN-G and Texas City. Both those teams easily beat Livingston.

I did predict Dayton winning district with 1 loss. I had the one loss right, but didn't think it would be to .... (you know who ) I also wrongly predicted the Central was a for sure 2nd. I had PNG Nederland and LCM fighting for the third spot. Overall I have been 45 and 13 this year.... That is almost 90% accurate.... I don't think anybody, except the Raider faithful, could see what Lumberton would do this year. What a great year it has been not only for Lumberton High School, but also for the community.

This is what Friday Night Lights is all about.... It's more than a football game, it's about the entire community coming together to support some young men to do their best. The ride in Dayton and Lumberton this year has been just AWEsome... It is ashame that in almost all likelyhood, next week, one of the teams will have their season come to an end. For this week... Thanks for the correction I foresee the Raider getting bucked off in about.... Lets see what that clock says... At 5 PM on Wednesday, November 28 the clock says... 218 hours till Friday, December 7 7 PM (Thats when that Raider will be trying to ride a Bronco that has bucked off and stampeded the last eight opponents) That would be.... 13,080 minutes or... 784,800 seconds..... tick tock tick tock.... I just love how the L-Town helmet sports a running bronco on it....it does.....look close, of course, there's a raider riding that bronco all the way to the end zone. I think the raider was only able to get across the goal line just once.

agree! To be a high school student right now in Lumberton must be really nice. They will be able to look back on these few weeks years from now and have many memories that will be with them forever.

Against very very weak opponents.... Dayton's stats have been against one very very good team and one pretty good team.

I believe the team with Pearson and Edwards had better linemen, but this team has much more overall speed and more playmakers, let us not forget that this team is playing with a 2nd string QB that has been lights out, maybe the best QB in any classification in region III. Opponents need to remember that the 1st string QB will be a senior next year, along with AJ (in my opinion the best overall football player in 22-4A). Bronco fans can look to the future with big smiles with all the juniors and sophomores playing on this team.

Using my mathematical "wizadry" I calculated the sums of the Broncos scores and quickly compared them to the other 16 winners. I bet it is very unusual that 1 team is winning both categories with 16 teams left. The margin could widen this Friday.

The chances of that are remote compared to a Dayton vs Waller game....
