  1. I'm still at work at the jh and hear the thunder... As far as I know as of 5:55 they still haven't cancelled.
  2. I will guarantee one thing, no matter what year it is. The day L-Town and Dayton get to meet in the playoffs, there will be more posts about that single game than any other in the history of this site.........up that 200 to closer to 500. LOL Dayton has made it to the rematch game the last two years, just missing the Raiders... Hopefully both teams will make it to the quarter finals this year. Lumberton fans.... If you are driving over to the jewel crown stadium of Liberty county, have a safe trip. Should be a good scrimmage.
  3. Delusions of grandeur are AWEsome until..... reality slams you in the face. ps... I don't think the Raiders would want any part of the Ponies that have come through Dayton lately. Remember... This is a glorified PRACTICE! Hopefully no one gets hurt and both teams get better. Hope to see many Lumberton fans make the trip.
  4. Best stadium Dayton will play in will be Galena Park's stadium. I can't wait until Dayton's off week when I will go see a game at the new Reservation (PN-G vs Texas City). Got to think PN-G has the best stadium in the Triangle (I think Silsbee's is probably next) Stallworth is the best stadium between the Houston area and Beaumont with Dayton's second. Galena Park's stadium is the best on on the east side followed by Deer Park's stadium. To be a high school football player, the best atmosphere to play a game at is easily the Reservation.
  5. Tiger wasn't the only one missing putts. The greens there had the pros so confused. I think Tiger putted the ball on the line he wanted to hit it, the greens were just really tricky. You really have to give credit to Yang. The approach shot on the 18th green may have just been the greatest shot Tiger has witnessed from one of his opponents when battling head to head.
  6. One of the great shots in tournament history. Yang's approach on the 18th..... Over a tree with a utility wood, catches the left to right wind and lands within 3 feet of the hall and sticks. WHAT AN AMAZING SHOT! First time Tiger shows his human.... Great golf tournament, if you are into watching golf.
  7. Best part of the scrimmage may be the fact that it sounds like no one was seriously hurt. How did Jakari Delasbour do?
  8. good tell him i said hi. lol come to the game tomorrow and see whats up baby BRONCOS=CHAMPIONSHIP I will be there, on the sidelines. Maybe we should meet? definately. u sound like a cool as heck guy.. lol u gonna be on the Dayton side? and btw im just tryin to get pumped for tomorrow baby. lol no hard feelings but just tryin to pi$$ myself on by gettin on here haha Hey Bucking Bronco... remember... One of the greatest characteristic of a champion is..... HUMILITY! Tear em up Saturday. Hopefully both teams get better in the SCRIMMAGE and NO ONE GETS HURT! And don't forget the First Rule... ALWAYS BELIEVE! Good luck to both teams this evening.
  9. Go West, young man, go West!!! ;D Actually it is east.... Will post directions on the Toups Graphics website later this evening. Who does Dayton scrimmage next week?
  10. NEVER EVER... STOP BELIEVING! Got a really good feeling about the Broncos this year.
  11. DARN!!!! I video the game from ground level which really shows the game from a different perspective, but man... WHAT A GAME! When I read it was over. I hope they show the game again. Talk about some AMAZING offensive plays. The Broncos had Sulphur Springs in many 3rd and longs during the game, but somehow the QB managed to throw the ball just in the right place. Ashame someone had to lose the game, (even worse it was our Broncos), but what a great game (if you like offense). Hope they reshow this game. Was a true record setting game.
  12. Delusions of grandeur are fascinating things. After the Dayton beats Crosby by 35 this year (again) reality will set in.
  13. What a job Coach Stewart has done in Dayton. To see what happens to our athletes from 7th grade to 12th grade is truly AWEsome! Got to favor the Broncos getting out of the region for the third straight year. and.... Big news from Toups Graphics.... Mr. Toups has just purchased a Canon XH A1 camcorder to video the games in HD! If I can swing a blue ray burner soon, the Broncos could be one of the first teams to have field level highlights on Blue Ray discs available! On another front.... Still up here in Pennsylvania... WAS 45 DEGREES HERE THIS MORNING!!!! BRRRRR!!!!! Even better (to all my working comrades back home) I get paid today to drive a canoe van for a the campers to canoe down the Delaware river. I drop off the canoes, drive down stream, and wait along the banks of the beautiful Delaware river for the kids to arrive about three hours later! talk about a serene job, sure beats summer school! I will be back in Dayton next week! Can't wait to see everyone again!
  14. Friendswood will NOT be #6 after visiting Bronco stadium. Should be a great game. Look for the Bronco Defense to dominate.
  15. Would love to see a picture of the new signs.
  16. Thanks for sharing the information. Some Toups Graphics pictures and DVD's will be available at the ceremony. Good luck Broncos!
  17. Does anyone know if they are going to keep the same end zone designs, or change the color to one that won't fade as much as purple? Last I heard they were taking out the endzones.
  18. With what Dayton has coming back (escpecially defensively) you got to favor them for getting to the semifinals for a third straight year. Once you get that far you never know how the ball bounces. This just might be one of Stewart's best defensive teams.
  19. The racial politics in Beaumont ISD would squander any chance for success. Race would be a huge factor in every player playing and every coach that would be hired. Talent wise it would be a cream of the crop school, but the politics of hiring, staffing, and selecting the teams would damage any chance of success.
  20. One of the best athletes Dayton's junior high played against last year. There was also an 8th grade qb from one of the New Caney schools that was AWEsome! Viverette was an excellent QB and a good defensive player last year when they came to Dayton. BH fans must also realize that most of the talent at the high school will be freshmen and sophomores next year. Starting him at Varsity might not be pretty next year. The jump in speed of the game is TREMENDOUS from 8th grade to varsity and the QB position has to be the hardest to make the jump. Good luck to him whatever happens, and I wouldn't be frustrated if he isn't playing varsity at the beginning of the season. Might be a better plan to give him a few games at JV then make the jump to varsity if needed.
  21. GOOD! The purple end zones look nice when it is new, but ask any PN-G fan what purple fades to (pink). PN-G's purple track looked really nice until it faded, then they went with the faithful black color for the track. The purple endzones at Bronco stadium are nice, but they will probably have to be replaced or recolored every few years unless you don't mind looking at pink end zones.
  22. If Peyton starts heading my way.... next time... I will back up! Hope all is well back home in Texas. Still wearing jackets in the morning up here at my summer job in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania! Still hasn't been over 86 degrees all summer!!! So nice! GOOD LUCK BRONCOS!
  23. just anxious to see what it looks like. getting excited towards the start of the season. can't wait!!!!!!! ;D : : Have they put in poles on the east side of the endzone to replace the playoff seasons for the Broncos? Thanks for the updates! Can't wait till kick off!
  24. believe me, dayton will overcome the loss of cody and a.j.. we will prevail. defense wins games. our offense will come through. Bro you dont overcome two done kids that easily especially of the cailber of them two. Dayton will be good no doubt but missing those guys is a hole to fill. Daytons defense will be top notch. look for the offnese to still put up around five touchdowns a game. The Broncos will still be loaded with lots of speed.
  25. Had a blast... Up here at my summer job in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, the high temperature was 72 degrees! Had a jacket on almost all day long!!! Talk about free air conditioning provided by mother nature! Take care back home! I hope all the kids have a SAFE and fun summer! Kick off is almost here!
