FYI.... The 2 point conversion that was called good by the same official most of you are complaining about was VERY VERY CONTROVERSIAL...... Not saying ANYTHING else about that play.... The Broncos didn't have ONE holding call either. Just looking through my video... This was easily the best defensive front seven we have played all year... Very quick. Also.... I do have the AJ miracle steal! (There was a camera man who got in my way right after AJ got the ball, I paused the camera, but I do have him stripping the ball... IF..... The officials were out to get us, they probably couldn't have gotten away with saying the play was dead, AJ did get the ball out before the receiver hit the ground, but MAN!!! Did AJ want that ball.... UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Highlights are about 2 hours away! However you feel about the officials... THE LAST THING WE NEED TO DO AS ADULTS is teach the kids that if things don't go your way, blame someone else... Calls might have been missed, or made that were not correct, but in the end it was the players (especially AJ and Cody) who settled the outcome of the game. ps.... Aaron Jenkins had an AWESOME GAME!!!!! Big tackle after big tackle! WAY TO GO AARON!!! He was a really big, huge part of the Bronco victory! Let me get back to the video.... GO BRONCOS! AND... ALWAYS BELIEVE!!!

It just irks me when people gripe about the officials. As a coach I didn't let my players do it. It is just wrong. The officials are humans and they do the best they can.

CHAMPIONS ADAPT AND OVERCOME LOSERS MAKE EXCUSES! Don't be criticing the refs... It was also the same official that said the controversial two point play was a completion. The key is.... WHEN THE OFFICIAL BLOWS THE WHISTLE THE PLAY IS OVER! They weren't cheap shots by the Broncos, but the hits were made AFTER the play was over. BOTH COACHES AGREE ON THE OFFICIALS! To say they are against one team or the other is just wrong. If you are going to gripe about the officials DON'T EVEN SHOW UP TO THE GAME! In the end, it was the Broncos winning the game, now they are playing for the state title. On another note.... Congrats to the Kerrville players. What an AWEsome game. You really got to feel for them, they played an outstanding game, but in the end, Cody and AJ took over the game (perhaps aided by divine processes). This was an excellent article by the oppossing team.

It wasn't Tivy getting a field goal in the game, it was the Dayton Broncos completing their first field goal of the season as time expired to complete a come from behind victory that can't really be summed up in words. Dayton runs only five offensive plays in the third quarter and watches as Kerrville goes up and down the field to go up 28 to 21. Dayton's season hung in the balance on a 4th and 5 play and Cody finds who else, but AJ Dugat on a hook route WIDE OPEN! Kerrville Tivy had the ball back and was driving with less than a minute, when after a Tivy completion and the Bronco fans realizing that Kerrville would be tough to stop, OUT OF NOWHERES here comes AJ Dugat running with the ball the other way. The miracle at Georgetown resulted in the Broncos driving down inside the 10 and kicking the game winning field goal as time expired. Perhaps it was divinely created, but this win over a very good Kerrville team is now one of the greatest victories in Bronco football history. What an unbelievable game. Dayton runs only five offensive plays in the third quarter, has several turnovers, and still comes away in a thriller. AJ is easily the game MVP. You must know all about Kerrville coaches, explain... Just from my experience, the Dayton coaches put the players in position to make the plays. No discredit to the Kerrville coaches. Should be a FANTASTIC game!!!

All of these predictions are right around my Broncos 35 Tivy 31 score, except they have Tivy winning. Will be interesting to see how these teams match up against probably the best defenses they have played against. If it comes down to coaching, I got to go with the Broncos. I think a turnover or maybe even a penalty on a third or fourth down play in the fourth quarter may decide this contest. Should be a close game all the way down to the end.

D2 will be in San Antonio Alamo Dome at 2:00 on Saturday Any "factual" location.... I was told Everman, Dayton, and Tivy have agreed on Georgetown, but Sulphur Springs was wanting to play indoors.... Earlier today I heard that Georgetown was the final site for the title game.

I feel sorry for the linebacker who goes in to make a tackle on the play where the tackle and gaurd both pull. They just get masacred and blindsided. Sometimes on the video Cody is running through holes in the defense that are over 10 yards wide! Comparing last years team to this years, I give a nod up on the offensive line. It is improved over last year.

This would be tax payers money spent on an excessive and unnecessary expenditure. Spend the money on educating the kids and accept that a bad call might happen, but over time it all evens out.

welp fellas!! seems you guys know nothing at all about Kerrville Tivy!! where would you like me to start? Qb? Rb? wide outs? slot back? Linebackers? you name it we got it. our offense averages close to 400 yds a game! If we can not get the passing game goin, well shoot we will just run it! our Rb avgs 135 a game, we have multiple weapons offensively. our defense is really young, ill give you that! but watching theses guys throughout the season puts you in a state of awe! with the dline maybe averaging 185 on a good day they have held their ground! mind you not they did give up 69 points the second game or the season to 5-a San Antonio Maddison. but as the season progressed i dont believe anyone has scored more than 30 points on us! so before you go on assuming!! there is something to think about!! Now please fill me in with Dayton! never heard of them and can not find much on the internet ! Good luck to both teams let it be injury free and may God watch over all of as we are on the roads to watch such a great game!!!! TFND 77 Hey 77... Just curious...
