  1. CE KING VS NEDERLAND FRIDAY 7:30 PM DAYTON BRONCO STADIUM Except for getting demolished by Dayton, CE King has dominated it's district opposition with an offense that churns up the yardage on the ground. As of lately, the Nederland defense has been able to stop their opponents like a sieve being able to hold water. If the Nederland defense doesn't improve the Bulldogs might be chasing their opponents all night long. Will CE King continue to dominate the gound game or will the Bulldog defense find new life? Who will win Friday in Dayton? Check back Thursday for.... TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION
  2. If you "wisely" choose #3... THE TOUPS GRAPHICS DON'T MISS SPECIAL PLAYOFF GAME OF THE WEEK... Has your team been ousted from the playoff's. This playoff game will probably be the best of the four games. For Beaumont fans this is the second game of a double header that features West Brook playing first. NORTH FOREST VS CENTRAL SATURDAY 6 PM BAYTOWN STALLWORTH STADIUM North Forest gave Dayton it's best game in district, but lost to CE King and Crosby. Will the North Forest Bulldogs be able to limit their mistakes and get their veer offense going. The Central Jaguars enter the playoffs a hungry team especially after their controversial visit to the Reservation where they scalped the Indians. The winner of this game is going to be the team that can run the ball between the tackles. Will the Jaguars or Bulldogs be able to control the trenches and dominate. Who will win Saturday at Stallworth? Check back Thursday for.... TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION THIS WEEK TOUPS GRAPHICS WAS 7 AND 1 - 87.5% TOUPS GRAPHICS 2008 PREDICTION RECORD IS 46 AND 15 (75.4%) TOUPS GRAPHICS 2007 PREDICTION RECORD WAS 47 AND 15 =76%
  3. I am down from predicting eight games down to four. After this week we will be down to four teams left in 19-4A and 20-4A. GOOD LUCK TO THE EIGHT TEAMS PLAYING THIS WEEK! The PREVIEWS are at..... [Hidden Content] THIS WEEKS TOUPS GRAPHICS PREVIEWS The bi-district rounds of the playoffs begin this week. 20-4A has had a monopoly of playoff victories over the last few years, but this year 19-4A looks to make most of the games very competitive. DAYTON VS LIVINGSTON SATURDAY 7 PM CONROE MOOREHEAD STADIUM After their setback to Lumberton, Livingston hasn't lost. Livinston roared through 20-4A and is now back in the playoffs. The Lions travel to Conroe this Saturday a very confident team after having received their badge of courage for being district co-champs. The Lions will face the Dayton Broncos who have steadily improved each and every game since their come from behind win against North Forest. Last week Dayton held it's opponent to only 39 yards of offense, very impressive. The Broncos feature a high octane offense which routinely goes over 500 yards each game while the Lions have a more power running game. The key to victory will be the defense. Will the Lions be able to stop the Bronco's offensive machine and will Livingston be able to march the ball up the field against a team that has not been scored on in seven quarters? Who will win on Saturday? Check back Thursday for.... TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION LUMBERTON VS CROSBY FRIDAY 7:30 PM HUMBLE The L-Train is back! Except for getting plundered by the Pirates, the Raiders have been perfect this season. The Raiders feature a more power runnng game that has not been stopped this season and a stingy defense that has limited the scoring of it's opponents enough to keep producing W's. Crosby got third place in 19-4A, but was beat badly by #1 Dayton and #2 CE King. Will the Cougars be able to derail the Lumberton running machine or will the L-Train decapitate the Cougars? Who will win Friday night in Humble? Check back Thursday for.... 4. Livingston is nowhere to be found.
  5. In the Chronicle's defense... they did some nice pieces on the broncos in their '07 playoff run. True, but only after the Broncos won their first two playoff games. November might turn out to be a very fun month to be living in Dayton and being a highschool football fan!
  6. Just judging by records, the division II region III doesn't look that strong. Also... Looking at the teams and what they have done in the past, it appears Lumberton is in the easier half of the bracket. The winner of the Terry / Texas City game to me would be the team that would most challenge Dayton. Looks like Dayton would have to go through Livingston, then Elgin, and then get the winner of TC and Terry. The rematch could be on in four weeks, but each team needs to take it one week at a time! Lumberton doesn't need another Waller game. Hopefully both schools can make it to the quarter finals! Would be AWEsome for both districts to have take control of the Houston region, then the Chronicle would be FORCED to have a good write up about each team.
  7. when Livingston lined up and ran RIGHT AT THEM they were averaging 5-6 yards a pop. What game were you watching? Dayton nearly had more touchdowns than Livingston had first downs. Livingston will not have 12 play drives because they will have to punt the ball after three or six plays. Dayton might have had the same scores in 20-4A as they did in 19-4A. Both districts aren't as good as they have been, and this year 19-4A might win 2 or three of the playoff games.
  8. Website is finally updated... Video highlights at... [Hidden Content] My Friday Night Light page is updated at... [Hidden Content] And finally Toups Graphics Top 15 Images will be in the Dayton Jack in the Box this evening. They can be viewed at... [Hidden Content] Some of the images from the nights action... NL Hines pickpockets his way to a TD on a kick off return. While the ball carrier was held up in a Bronco stampede, NL strips the ball away and scores a touchdown! Highlight at hsgametime.com Cody Green continues to post dominating offensive numbers. AJ continues to turn short passes into long TD completions. A very impressive run after a screen. Highlight at hsgametime.com Aaron Jenkins makes the offense think twice about running right. The Dayton defense continues to make tackles behind the line of scrimmage. Dayton's Tony Hill (#45) is turning into a very impressive nose gaurd. Two QB sacks from Tony capped a very impressive night. Dayton continues to roll up impressive rushing yardage. CONGRATS TO THE BRONCO BAND! Division I rating from Saturday's competition at LC-M! And Finally... EVEN THE BRONCO MASCOT KNOWS THAT DAYTON FOOTBALL GETS RATED WITH TWO THUMBS UP! GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE TEAMS STILL PLAYING THIS WEEK! ALWAYS BELIEVE!!
  9. BRONCO HIGHLIGHTS NOW POSTED... [Hidden Content] Defense continues to dominate the highlights. Several plays feature tackles for losses when a linemen from the other side of the play comes through unblocked and makes the tackle behind the line of scrimmage. The defensive speed from the front seven is EXTREMELY impressive. Life at Bronco land is good. Enjoy the highlights!
  10. The visitors side seats 3,500. Should.... Be big enough. Last year at the PN-G game, there wasn't many PN-G fans standing, they wall fit. CE King might bring 200 people. Seat on the new side and it will be black and gold on both sides!
  11. Bronco highlights will be posted tomorrow morning...
  12. Still got the playoffs!!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL EIGHT TEAMS THIS WEEK! Ashame that 4 of the teams will see their seasons end.
  13. Both stadiums have about the same # of seats around 10,000 . Crosby would still have only a 20 mile drive but lumberton would only have about 45 - 50 Barbers Hill stadium doesn't even seat over 6,000. Visiting stands WAY TO small for a 4A contest. Dayton's stadium would have been a better stadium.
  14. 7 and 1 this week... Not too shabby. THIS WEEKS TOUPS GRAPHICS RESULTS The regular season is over and now eight teams live to play another day. Toups Graphics only misses one game this week. Congrats to the Eagles of Barbers Hill for defying the "Fearless Predictions". A huge congrats goes to Lumberton and Livingston CO-DISTRICT CHAMPS OF 20-4A. Dayton finishes the season with an unbelievable defensive performance holding Kingwood Park to 39 yards of offense. Next week is the much anticipated 20-4A vs 19-4A playoff shoot outs. 19-4A hasn't won a playoff game in years, but this year Dayton looks to be a heavy favorite while CE KIng and North Forest should give a 19-4A a good chance for a win. Crosby might have to much too handle taking on the L-Train. Read below to see my results. 19-4A KINGWOOD PARK VS DAYTON TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION DAYTON 55 KINGWOOD PARK 0 Dayton's defense gives up 39 yards of offense! WOW!!! Defense wins championships and right now there is no better defense in region III like Dayton's. A couple of turnovers prevent the Broncos from getting the predicted 55 points, but the defense plays an outstanding game. The Broncos stampede into the playoffs with their best defensive game of the year. ********************** RESULT ******************** DAYTON 41 KINGWOOD PARK 0 GOOSE CREEK MEMORIAL AT NORTH FOREST TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION NORTH FOREST 42 GOOSE CREEK MEMORIAL 35 North Forest enters the playoffs on a three game winning streak. Goose Creek Memorial loses yet again but still gets over 20 points. North Forest could make a splash in the playoffs starting next week. ********************** RESULT ******************** NORTH FOREST 34 GOOSE CREEK MEMORIAL 21 GALENA PARK VS BARBERS HILL TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION GALENA PARK 28 BARBERS HILL 21 Toups Graphis only error this week. Barbers Hill finishes the season with a HUGE win. Barbers Hill gets the pink 5th place ribbon this year. ********************** RESULT ******************** BARBERS HILL 36 GALENA PARK 7 GAME OF THE WEEK CE KING VS CROSBY TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION CE KING 35 CROSBY 21 Toups Graphics is very close to the final score here. CE King takes home the 2nd place trophy and enters the playoffs with a complete rebound after getting stampeded the week before by the Broncos. ********************** RESULT ******************** CE KING 39 CROSBY 24 20-4A CENTRAL VS PN-G TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION CENTRAL 21 PN-G 14 An ugly finish to an ugly season for PN-G. The game is called due to a brawl. Central enters the playoffs with yet another win while PN-G will have to wait yet another year to get it's first varsity win in their new stadium. ********************** RESULT ******************** CENTRAL 16 PN-G 0 OZEN VS LC-M TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION OZEN 28 LC-M 7 Ozen finishes the season strong with yet another win. LC-M puts up a spirited contest but falls short again. Good luck to all the seniors on both teams. ALWAYS BELIEVE! ********************** RESULT ******************** OZEN 34 LC-M 21 VIDOR VS LIVINGSTON TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION LIVINGSTON 35 VIDOR 14 Livingston gets six touchdowns instead of the predicted five, but the Lions give up five touchdowns instead of only two. The Pirates give the Lions a great game to finish up the season. Congrats to the Livingston Lions. CO-DISTRICT CHAMPS! After getting steam rolled by Lumberton early in the season, the Lions haven't lost another game. ********************** RESULT ******************** LIVINGSTON 42 VIDOR 35 GAME OF THE WEEK LUMBERTON VS NEDERLAND TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION LUMBERTON 28 NEDERLAND 17 If Nederland's field goal kicker connects on a 40 yard field goal in the 2nd half, Toups Graphics would have predicted this score perfectly. Congrats to Lumberton! CO-DISTRICT CHAMPS! Hannah had a HUGE game with over 300 yards rushing. The L-Train is now a roaring beast as they enter the playoffs. Nederland better find a defense or they will be dribbling basketballs next Saturday. ********************** RESULT ******************** LUMBERTON 28 NEDERLAND 14 THIS WEEK TOUPS GRAPHICS WAS 7 AND 1 - 87.5% TOUPS GRAPHICS 2008 PREDICTION RECORD IS 46 AND 15 (75.4%) TOUPS GRAPHICS 2007 PREDICTION RECORD WAS 47 AND 15 =76%
  15. Dayton's defense gives up negative 20 yards in second half with zero turnovers! Only three first downs for Kingwood Park. Defense wins championships and right now Dayton is looking very good going into the playoffs.
  16. Dayton enters this game with a defense that just gave up only 39 yards of offense. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Livingston will have it's hands full.
  17. If Nederland's defense can't stop the run, this one is OVER! I hope Nederland can pull it out, but CE King might have over 300 yards rushing, just like the Bulldogs last opponent. Nederland might have to outscore King to have a chance. I got a bad feeling already for the Bulldogs in this one.
  18. Agree... North Forest is a VERY good team. One of the best teams Dayton played. If North Forest is allowed to get over 4 yards per carry between the tackles, Central will have a tough time. North Forest has big linemen and lots of speed. IMO.... If you had to pick one playoff game to go to in 4A, this is the best of the matchups in 204A vs 194A. I think it is a pick em game. Both teams have a good chance to win.
  19. I don't think kingwood had over 150 total yards in offense. dayton's defense is getting better and better.
  20. it's those lavendar glasses the dayton folks wear ... makes everything a sickly blue If the Raiders choo choo doesn't run over the dogs, you will see how sickly blue the Raiders become. G O B U L L D O G S ! !
  21. U GOT THAT RIGHT!!! JUST TRYING TO RILE UP THE POT... Remember... Raiders, my mojo is telling me the L-Train rolls tonight, but deep down inside.... G O B U L L D O G S ! !
  22. Yeah, you're right...I guess I'll just watch the game and drink the purple kool-aid from now on. Playoff round one is most likely at Morehead Stadium but guaranteed in Conroe on Saturday. We'll find out tonight who the opponent will be... any word on a time slot?? As soon as someone hears the location and time of the Dayton bi-district game... Please post.
  23. 8th, 9th, JV and Varsity for Dayton have combined records of 29 and 3. After tonight 30 and 3 VERY IMPRESSIVE! Future looks bright in Bronco Land.
  24. Dayton better not face a team named the Mustangs in the playoffs.
