The Bulldogs were up by 14 points twice in this game, but in the end they couldn't stop the Livingston ground attack. Two weeks ago the Bulldogs were undefeated in district and in first place, now they are tied for fourth and one more loss just might do them in. Livingston continues to move up in the rankings and is now one of the three teams tied at 4 and 1. Everybody has to start somewhere!! We are in THIS season. What season are you in? Actually, L-Town has had numerous "winning" (over .500) seasons, they've just never led up to the playoffs like last year, or (with fingers crossed) this year is headed. Raider, honestly I am happy to see Lumberton doing well. But some of the raider fans get on here week after week and say how there going railroad everyone every week. Do I think we're going to win every week??? Well I hope we do. Do I think we'll win tonight??? We need to play a mistake free game. This year.... Who will win this week in 19-4A and 20-4A. 19-4A has two teams virtually in the playoffs (Dayton and CE King) and three others vying for two spots (Crosby, North Forest, and Barbers Hill). Crosby takes on Barbers Hill this week, a game with huge playoff implications. The real drama is in 20-4A where LC-M is out while Ozen and PN-G can get in by winning out and getting help (not likely to happen). That leaves Central, Nederland, Lumberton, Livingston, and Vidor all still in the fight for the four spots. The largest game in both districts will be the Livingston vs Nederland game, and is this weeks Toups Graphics game of the week. 19-4A Galena Park vs Dayton The Yellow Jackets visit to Bronco stadium will sure be a stinging experience. Look for the Yellow Jackets to be trampled by a Bronco offense which will look to post over half a thousand yards for the third straight week. A strong performance by the Dayton running backs could push the offensive output to 600 yards. Can the Dayton defense return to it's playoff form from last year virtually shutting down every running team it faced. Look for Dayton to win by at least five touchdowns as the defense will be predicted to get a shut out. The Broncos win big again in all statistics on Friday. TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION Dayton 48 Galena Park 0 CE King vs Goose Creek Memorial CE King gets its last tune up game before facing the Broncos. Look for King to get over 400 yards of rushing in a big win in Baytown. This game won't ever be in doubt as King posts up two quick touchdowns. King wins big time on Friday. TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION CE King 56 Goose Creek Memorial 14 Kingwood Park vs North Forest Three short weeks ago North Forest was playing in the 3rd quarter in Bronco Stadium leading the heavy favorite Dayton Broncos. Ever since then they have been imitating Mr. Bill being pushed out of a high office window in a never ending fall yelling "OOOOOHHHHH NOOOOOOO!" Being made out of Play Doh, Mr. Bill always came back. Look for North Forest to return to it's winning ways this Friday with a big victory. North Forest needs to win out to make the playoffs, look for the Bulldogs to win Friday and get back their bark. TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION North Forest 35 Kingwood Park 7 GAME OF THE WEEK Barbers Hill vs Crosby This game could be the battle for third place in the district. Last week Crosby got a huge win over North Forest and this week they get to stay at home to host the Eagles. Last Friday was a night the Eagles would soon want to forget as they were stampeded by their neighbors to the north giving up over half a thousand yards of offense. Having seen both teams play, Crosby has the edge in this one, especially playing at home and coming off a big win the week before. The game will be close in the first half, but two critical Barbers Hill turnovers will do the Eagles in as Crosby pulls away late in the third quarter.. The Eagles score a late 4th quarter TD, but it will be too little too late. TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION Crosby 28 Barbers Hill 24 20-4A Central vs Ozen Ike might have cancelled the South Texas State Fair, but the Beaumont Bowl is still alive. The Panthers will battle the Jaguars this week to see who is the second best team next to the Bruins. The Jaguars come into this game with a huge victory over the Bulldogs, and look for the Jaguars to continue their winning ways. Ozen commits four turnovers in this game and won't be able to stop the Jaguar offense. Central wins going away in this one. TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION Central 28 Ozen 7 Vidor vs LC-M Vidor navigates the Black Pearl up the Sabine River to take on the Bears. The Pirates will end up with over 300 yards rushing in a big victory as the defense only gives up one touchdown. The Black Pearl will still be sailing at full mast Saturday morning with barrels of honey they raided from the Bears lair. The Pirates win again. TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION Vidor 31 LC-M 7 Lumberton vs PN-G The Indians have the grandest stadium in all the land, but they have lost their weapons. The Raiders will invade the Reservation riding a train barrelling ahead down the tracks at full steam. The Raiders remember all so well what happened here last year, their chance to win an outright district championship was snatched by the Indians. Look for the Raiders to win in a close hard fought game. An Indian turnover in the fourth quarter will do in PN-G. The L-Train keeps on chugging while the Indians are still trying to find their way back to the trails of victory. TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION Lumberton 28 PN-G 17 GAME OF THE WEEK Nederland vs Livingston Last time the Lions made a visit to mid county they ruined the Indians party at the Reservation. Look for the Lions to continue to get better as they win the battle of the trenches at Bulldog Stadium. Livingston will pull away in the fourth quarter but not without the Bulldogs fighting all the way. In the game of Chutes and Ladders, the Lions have found themselves on a long ladder leading up to the top of the standings while the Bulldogs have found themselves on a tornado slide going round and round and downward. Livingston will complete the midcounty sweep and take out the Bulldogs this Friday. NF had CE King,Dayton, then Crosby back to back. Was a tough stretch. Assumming.... Crosby beats Barbers Hill, the winner of the Barbers Hill North Forest game is in, assumming North Forest beats up on the new schools as everyone else has. North Forest does has the easier end schedule.

As far as the eagle poop.... I don't think the eagles were able to get off the ground with all the Broncos stampeding over them from Friday.
