it sounded like we did alot better, its hard to contain speed like that all game. we need to fix the turnovers so the D doesnt have a short field to defend!

BTW, i would be surprised if Coach N has spring practice again. we had alot of rust after only 2 qtrs of live ball.

I was listening on the radio, but from the way its was described it sounds like the D is improved quite a bit. They had to protect a short field most of the night and did give up a couple of big plays , but did much better on tackling.

The defense improved, and we did ok with our last backup qb that stepped in, the guy who just went down last night. I'm not concerned. PNG better worry about living up to thier own hype.

We'll be fine, although getting Kirby back would be nice, this is the same situation Kirby got his job. We need to get some of those fumbles on defense, we had six chances and got none.
