His overall record is well under .500 and he's made the playoffs once and got beat in the first round. The difference between a average coach and a great one is to win the close games in the last few minutes. (See the NED vs LCM game this year)

I've got bad news for you, Ned has been drug testing for two or three years now.

I think they have been busted several times for ineligble players, someone might need to check a birth certificate.

Ozen seems to be a pressure cooker for HCs. We'll see how he does.
