Some people won't like this, but I'll say anyway. Instead of whining and waiting for handouts, this town and this team have rebounded, rebuilt and kept on going. Congrats.

They always have alot of speed. Its a matter of stringing them out to the sidelines and not allowing them to turn up. Ned is never the fastest, although we have a couple of linebackers and DE's that are pretty fast this year.

Why Foster? I was not impressed by them last time. It was 21-0 until garbage time in the last 2 min of the game.

I do think the winning percentage argument is apples to oranges, which I have stated before. Comparing a team that has played for 30 years vs a team that has played 80+ years is not the same.

Ned was in the semi's in '01. Won state in 57, and was in the finals 56 and 61. So no, that is more than nothing,nada , etc.

Last year but we have the overall record against ozen, and played just about even the last few years against wos.

Ozen always seems to look past them. They almost snuck up an beat them last year. Ned always is ready to play them to disprove the "rival" thing they keep trying to start. PNG might lose to them but I doubt it.

I hope the practice field next to the stadium. If they get turf then the middle school can practice in the stadium.

Nope. All three playoff teams from that district were eliminated in the first round by teams from the old 20-4a. Two of those wins were by 10+ points.

Substandard , I think. very basic with folding chairs and a couple of window units trying to keep it cool. I think the audio setup is old, and its cramped. At least they have the scrolling message bar on top of the scoreboard that they control from up there. They should have high-speed internet up there this year.
