You know what, why shoudn't I think my Jags can win this game against Friendswood. Not just think I know we can. We have proven we can stop a high power passing offense. Probably not on the level of Friendswood but on a different level of evevryone else at the time. Angleton was no fluke. They had a pretty good scoring average themselves. Pridicted to put 50 plus on us. Shut down to 34. They whipped Friendswood in a head to head contest earlier. I predicted a victory over Angleton. Was told noway. Victory was granted. This is same senario. Just different foe. Jags will win.

It's amazing, two people who don't even know each other have heated words and don't trade tapes. But it puzzles me even more friendswoods coach actually got tapes from another coach. Aight, I'll be lookin 4 ya ole tima LOL ;D. Hey do wut u do mane. Support them Jags with pride. Man, back in the mid 80's to early 2000's the Jag fans use to rumble with support. Remember we use to make those aluminum bleachers at Babe rumble? The wave is now a thing of tha past. We have so many gaps in the stands we can't even pull off a wave anymore. Jags keep winning, then all those supposed to be faithfuls will start coming back. That's not right, b/c u should be there for these kids no matter what. I've been there and I'm gonna be there. Love these kids. They are the fruits of ole class mates and friends and relatives in the community. Gotta support em. Gotta Love em. Charlton Pollard, French, and in some instances Hebert, all into one. So Jags, Old school, New school, what ever, come out and do what u do. Stand, dance, scream, stump, holla what ever just let those kids hea and see your support. We'll see a big difference in their performance. It's one thing to go and they just see us there, that's good. But watch the affect if they see us and hea us. Man, let's get back to the basics. Mount up Baby, LETS GO JAGUARS!!!!!!!!

Wildcats looking ahead. they seem to think they've got the game won. Jags control the clock, they gotta serious shot. Even though lockhart controlled the clock in the first qt. Central stayed with it and eventually took control. Like i've always said, these are kids and you never know how they will respond. Angleton I'm sure is as good as they say they are. I do see 3 blimishes on their record though. They are beatable. This is not a given, jags will be ready. All i heard last week was lockhart had a dangerous rb. Other than that long run on their fist drive, central handled him. And that kid had well over a thousand for the season. If we settle down, stay focus, our chances are just as good as angleton's. I hope stowers is telling his kids all the pressure's on angleton. Let them read all the predictions, motivate those jags. Central can match up, i am a believer. REVENGE JAGS 1989 was a gift for them we had that game won. We manhandled them the hole game. Let em look ahead :-X

Gilbert ran for a bunch of yards last game I heard. Wind was blowing and affecting the passing game so he added another dimension.

I agree if they actually can control it. You have no window for era on the pitch option. You've gotta have confidence in your QB and TB. Very risky but very hard to stop if successfuly ran.

Yea, I feel what you are sayin obcowboy. Lockhart cheered for every little thing their team did. If the Jags had a 1st and ten and got 8yds on the first play, they cheered because they didn't give up the ten. They cheered when they got one glimps of their team coming outta the locker room. They cheer for anything large or small. Their team spirit was unreal. They were the loudest thing in the stadium. As Jaguar fans, we have gotten too laxed. CMON JAGS LETS MAKE SOME NOISE SAT. I'll be loosing my voice again, screamin at the top of my lungs, I garrroonty ya ;D

This would be the second time in history that we face Angleton. They beat us 6 to 0 the first meeting. We beat them down the hole game. Had the game won. Our punter was a three way player. He played WR, S, and Punter. He had got hurt with a few seconds left in the game. We had the game won on penertrations. Would you know we had to punt with seconds left. He couldn't return. Our second punter was a three or four step punter, real odd. We punt the ball, stop the return,and win. Angleton blocks the punt, ball rolls inside of our 5. They score. The rest is history. Heart breaker. Longest ride back to Beaumont ever. That Jaguar team had so much promise. Marcus Maple and company, awesome group.
