I really believe this will be a good game. I saw holes in Brooks run D. Ozen basically should not have been trying to pass the ball. The QB threw the ball to WB corners. I can't actually say Central will contain C Mike, but our D will make some noise. I was at Alex Durley in the first half and I saw Ozen have much success running the ball. They just didn't stick with it. WB capitalized on a pass thrown directly at their corner. I'm not taking nothing from Brook but I think Central is alot better than you think. I'm not gonna even try and predict a score b/c I really don't know what the score will be. I do hope both teams play good clean football, and may both sides compete with respect for each other. We are neighbors and I know I'm gonna be pulling for WB as well as Ozen and my Jags when the BMT Bowl series is over. So I'm just gonna keep it real, my blood flows Maroon and Silver but I'm not at all jealous when I see my cross town friends enjoying success. It's WB's time. Everyone predict the Brook will win. So no pressure on the underdog ;D. I just pray the game is played injury free, may the best team win.

I agree. How many times I've seen kids listed as TE's on rosters and they are not utilized.

Kinda wish I would've stuck it out. These folks in Dallas are not too friendly. My chow chow and york damn near died from heat exhaustion. The middle east hotel owners are boosting room prices. One room outside advertised, 49.99 a night. They are saying 79.99 inside. Had to put my dogs in a shelter. This won't end fast enough.

Ozen almost threw and int on a hitch to the left side in the second qt. I was surprised the coach even called that play again. The corners were jumping on it. Ozen did have some success running in the 2nd qt. At least the little time I was at this game. That one INT I saw was the beginning of the rout. GOOD GAME BROOK!!!!!! Beat NS please, and run the table

I think we lose to WB and Galveston Ball maybe one or two loses in district maybe 6-4. I hope I'm wrong though. Nederland and PN-G is always and uncertainty. Our defense will be good. We need to iron out some things on offense, too many flaws. Offense improvement, then 8-2 is possible.

UT has enough RBs, its enough Whaley is going there next year, and he's the best RB in the US IMO. Whaley is a load. Texas does have enough backs already. Playing time is going to be hard to come by. But he would get some I'm sure.

I was at the game too. i saw some bright spots for Central and LM. After our #1 QB was hurt they put in a taller kid. He was quicker it seemed and very effective. He had a long touch down throw and he seemed to make quicker decisions. Both teams were rusty but its expected on the first time out. The Jags are going to be alright this year.

AMEN!! If the kid can't cut it then maybe the correct decision was made... Maybe he still could be a starting corner... Not corner...his getoff is a bit slow...that was one reason for him gettin pulled off the 4x100...but his offers have been at safety...b/c he's big and from the deep position he has a little more time to see it and react! Don't get me wrong, I hope he stays, but if he doesnt , the Jags won't loose any sleep over it! We've got so many athletes and if we can get the bigguns up front to move the LOS we'll run and move the ball like we should! Central coaches always push kids to do other sports b/c it makes Central better as a whole athletically! However, there comes a time when you have to make up your mind about what you want! If your teammates are sweating and working hard and the SR QB is not there...what kind of message does that send? Is he doing something more important? What could be more important than getting ready for that LaMarque scrimmage and week 0 vs PA? The coaches challenged the kid instead of babying him and I'm glad they did it! Football season is around the corner and my brother said he pulled this crap last summer too! Instead of working routes and signals w/ his team mates, he choose to do other things! Man, I'm itching for some football! Challenged him is a good way of putting it. Ecspecially if his team's busting their a----. He's the leader of the team at QB. But I still wish the best for the young man.

coming off a terrible season it would seem he'd rather keep his stars happy. curious to see what this does to a team trying to rebound.
