If there were no foul, there would be no penalty. Perhaps a lot of nederville's winning is based in similar incidents and this is the first one they got caught at?

Got a kid who works with me who played linebacker for CC Calallen in 2004. He's pretty good on south Texas football; according to him the only real threats are from the Corpus - SA area.
