I want nederland in the playoffs and I hope our kids believe that too. We didn't get lucky in that game, we overcame a lot of adversity, a lot of it self inflicted, to win that game. I don't believe in luck. Those kids came back with a lot of heart. I think they have the talent and the heart to go deep in the playoffs. And, I still believe we can beat nederville. Giving up ain't gonna happen. Besides, I love getting the puppies yapping!

This was a huge victory for the players, the coaches and the fans (I really needed it after my near suicide attempt this week). Extremely hard to come off a tough, emotional loss like the one to nederville. Savor the moment and lets get ready for Lumberton. Hats off to Jeff for some gutsy play calling and making the adjustments at halftime. Please get some new headsets...I'll buy them if y'all can't afford it.

We were flat coming out of the Nederland game. Knicked up pretty bad. Missing some starters. Ozen homecoming. Trouble with headsets brought Dubois down from the press box in the second half. Eight, count them, eight fumbles. Down 21 - 10 at halftime. They still came back from all that adversity to win the ballgame against a talented, tough and inspired Panther team.
