The way it looks to me is that many of the multi-school district around Houston weren't prepared for the current growth even as little as 5 to 10 years ago. Manvel just opened in '06 and they already need Shadow Creek. Foster opened in '01 and they already need Fulshear. Atascosita opened in '06, Kingwood Park opened in '07 and Summer Creek opened in '09 but Humble ISD already needs another school. Cy Ranch opened in '08 and Cy-Fair already needs another high school. Tompkins opened in '13 and Katy already needs another high school. Porter opened in '10 so it's not surprising at all NCISD needs another school already.

I don't doubt that kirbyville can win this game.  In fact, I PREDICTED THEM TO WIN.  The only doubt i was displaying was the doubt that kirbyville is going to win by 59 points.  also, saying that West is better than pretty much all of the Kirbyville schedule up to this point (except for maybe EC or BC) in no way indicates doubt about the quality of Kirbyville's team.  
Some people look so hard for doubters and haters that it clouds their perception of reality.

My vote goes to 3A-D1 as the toughest bracket in Texas. Seven of the eight teams in the bracket only have one loss or are undefeated. Looks like they're a combined 79-8.

So true. Kids that are coached up run good routes and have good hands. Knowing assignments on defense pursuit angles tackling. So much a good coach can do and what usually happens is you find out there are some really good players just didn't know it because of poor coaching or scheme. I forget what Jerry Rice and Emmit Smith ran. Pretty sure closer to 4.6 than 4.4. They were both descent I guess.

Going about this all wrong, in my humble opinion. They really need someone without a pedigree. Somebody that can come in with some innovative ideas and really connect with the kids. Somebody with the personality and charisma to play the political game in the community, but a coach with a passion for coaching and some new ideas to inspire these kids to think differently about the Offensive side of the ball.

True dat. We run the slot well and you guys have faced it when we run it well or if we're off. I would still watch Angleton to do more than just line up and run the ball. Personally, I think we need to evolve our offense to match that style. Unlike Buddy Garrity, I'm sitting with the Indians this week. I'm numb to Cherokee after 50+ years of hearing it.

Should be an interesting match with our receivers. Giblin 6'3" Sulivan 6'1" McZeal 6'5" Mcgough 6'3" all are very athletic. They key for Angleton would be to put pressure on Morse. If you give time time he will tear you up. Robanadana, Yes I agree that Vidor wasn't really up to their last game. But I think by us playing against you guys over the years has helped us against the wing-t.
