Legacy Middle school is now 6-1 after beating the Kountze 8th grade team by 25 lat night. Braelon Bush is averaging 32 Points a game. We have 3 8th graders, 5 7th graders, 3 6th graders, and 1 5th grader.

You are out of your mind buddy. SETX Heat 7th grade beat Thunder by 63 points last year. And 2 of our best players are the 2 from Nederland. I am NOT downing the THUNDER or SET HOOPS but they are not a top program?

No disrespect at all... But Nederlands 8th grade team is the 2nd maybe 3rd best 8th grade team in south east Texas behind Silsbee, and Smith/Vincent

Legacy traveled to Jasper today and won the tournament winning all games by 15+ One game we were down 31-10 in the third and we came back and won by 17. Brae Brae bush had 96 points in 3 games

I am looking for a couple of more kids for my 8th grade team. I am looking for kids who are dedicated and I can depend on. I am not interested in any 8th graders who are worried about rankings or traveling all over the world to be "noticed". We will be going to plenty of tournaments and playing in front of the appropriate people. It has always ben a crazy backcourt. Plus silsbee has kids above and below that classth cn go also. And who knows where they will end up playing in highschool :)

The thing that seperates Bush from any kid that I know is his work ethic and his heart. A lot of kids that have his talent and ability have in their head that they are so good and they do not have to work to get better. At practice, he is the first in every sprint not just because he is the fastest, but because he wants to get better. He is a very special young man and I'm blessed to be a part of his career!

Legacy only had 1 8th grader on that team against Nederland and held our own. Hiltz is a very good point guard for sure. Love the way he plays. Bush dropped 42 points against 3 people holding him at all times

Legacy Vs. C.O. Wilson   B Team   Legacy(5th-7th Grade) 13 C.O. Wilson(7th Grade A Team) 43   A Team Legacy (5th-8th Grade) 47 C.O. Wilson 8th grade A 60.   Both teams at CO are very good and well coached!   Bush for legacy had 42 out of the 47 points.

JAsper and BMT Sr game will happen. They are actually trying to make it a benifit on a day. Maybe have 3 or 4 games. It will be fun 2 watch and a great cause.

Jasper says if thats what it takes then sure bring what you want!! Beaumont Sr's said they will do it. If PNG and Nederland are scared to play the new champs of the STJFL, then we understand. We dont want to hurt the feelings of the stjfl big schools.
