I agree, the University has come light years under the new leadership, and also has big plans for the future. When the time comes, the community needs to rally around this university.

Probably not. She's been in the bullpen for these SEC games, but probably wont pitch unless the starter has a rough game. As bad as I would like to see her in there, I want the team to succeed more. She is just going to have to bide her time. I do believe she will be ready, when it's her time though.

No doubt this will be tough loss for BC, but by no means does this mean it is over. They will come out and battle. This ought to be a great game.

It is 20 years old and one of the best BB facilities in the State. As far as being next to a plant, I see that as a non-issue. The neighborhood is the same one the University is in, so again, irrellevant. I can see by the picture you are a FP homer, but I really don't think it is a very good facility. Now as far as upgrading the MC with a better scoreboard, and other amenities, now that is a good idea. Why pay to use a facility, that is not as good as the one you own?

The montagne center is fine, and a better facility than ford park. Plus, it doesn't take you 2 hours to get out of the MC parking lot.

Take Nicholson, it is basically on the bottom side of the bridge. Take right at fork and when you get to the light take a left on Nicholson. This will put you heading south on Nicholson. Take a left on West Chimes and you are there. This weekend, with all that is going on, on campus, you probably want to stay straight and park in the parking lot by the dorms.

I understand why MLB has a rule against betting, especially on baseball. It is to keep away any temptation to throw a game. Pete should be in, unless they can find evidence that he threw a game. As for as McGwire, he should be in, unless there is evidence that he used steroids. Any player that has used steroids should not be in the HOF.

Does anyone have the score from this game? I think they played Monday.

Brought my son to the camp at SFA a couple of years ago. It was really a good camp, concentrating on technique. Not a kiddie camp, a serious camp. I think it is put together by former OL coaches from LSU. Coaches from all over help with the camp. I believe 3 or 4 days. I would recommend it.

Look, like I said we are not going to have smack talk on this site. That post was a reply to another post. There are intense rivalries in the GT, but that has not spilt over to this site, and I don't want it to start now. I have not seen any post from the GT side putting down any teams from the west. But I have seen several post from the guys from the west post threads that seem to put down teams in the GT. I don't like the way this is headed, and it will stop. One of the reasons, this is going on, is the west teams with the exception of Dayton, or dis-associated from the teams in the GT. In other words they play each other very few times, don't play in the same district, and most people in the GT don't know much about the teams from the west, and vice versa. The difference is there are about 4 teams from the west, and there are twenty something from the GT that we are trying to cover.
