Worst officiated game I've seen in a long time. You can call me a sore loser if you like, but you can't tell me that nederland didn't hold one time. The fact is it should have called about 15 times. Maybe that's what they're talking about when they say mid-county magic. Horrible

Agreed, just tired of the popshots by the png crowd.

It's really sad. PNG supporters on here begging Nederland to do, what they couldn't. Each one of them saying how bad LCM is, despite losing to them 42-0!!!

Well I heard a lot about Dugat, and he certainly is great. But they certainly are more than a one Bronco team. Several great athletes, with speed across the board. The Bears gave great effort, but were simply overmatched.

The change should have been made much earlier.

I don't make predictions about my team, but I will say this. They'll come out to play inspired football. I've watched play all year, and I will admit, I wasn't impressed with the first game. They have steadily improved each game, and I think the coaches have done an outstanding job. Right now they are really playing well, but will be playing the best team in the district. If they execute and play their best game, get a couple of breaks, who knows. What I am saying is, don't be so quick to write them off.

They said the same thing when we played PNG! Besides your not very good at predictions NDN, here is one you made; PNG Caves the Bears PNG redefines the Bears "BOJO" into the Bears "BOBO" as they easily sent the Bears back to their caves with a 35-7 victory last night. You missed that one by a little bit, by what like 70 points! :oops:

I think the point is, that due to availability of kids, some schools won't have a choice.

What is the bottom enrollment number for 3A, around 450? Some schools may not have enough kids to go around. Their concern is probably some schools don't have enough kids to do it, and the bigger schools will just get a bigger edge. I guess by doing a trial, they will hopefully figure it out.

3A Birdman, you did it, you mentioned an assistant. So here it is the team of Dan Ray and Cornell is the best (coach) in the area. They together get more out of their players than anyone else in the area. Credeur,Stump, Morrison, and Moody of LCM seem to be moving their programs in the right direction, but can't be mentioned in this group after a 1/2 to a year and a half of coaching. Coach Barbay would be my second choice, as he always has Newton in the hunt.

That's my point, the game was already over. I understand the point system, and capping it, so a team does not run up the score on a weaker opponent. But the game was over, and it resulted in bonus points, which is not fair to other teams in the district. What if those two bonus points result in a tie with another team in the district, and they win the toss. The other team will have been screwed by allowing two bonus points.

I don't think the conversion should be allowed if the game is over, and when the TD was scored the game was over. Essentially they got to score bonus points. That rule should be changed.

But yet the team they beat 42-0 will. :shock: Wake up, it wasn't a bad dream, it was reality.

Bumblin Bears, I don't know why you quit, and I don't really care. Having a problem with coaches is not anything new, most would say you took the easy way out. One thing however that is unforgivable is for you to come on this board and take popshots at your former teamates. It shows me that you really never understood TEAM.

The point was if venom33 hates LCM so much, there are other places to live, that are even cheaper than living in LCM. BTW, my lovely bride is a WOS graduate.

BTW, since you love wos, why don't you send your kids there, property and taxes are cheaper in that district.
