It should not have resulted in a forfeit. That is a situation where the play should have been halted until the proper uniforms were worn, and then if they could not get it done in a timely manner, then the game could have been called. There should not have been a forfeit after the fact. Bad Ruling by Dick.

Amber Bryan LCM. Didn't get many opportunities during regular season, but had one helluva a playoff run. Her relay to Katie Harrell to Angela Zimmerman may have been the play of the year. Had a lot of putouts at the State tournament. Great Job Amber!!!

It may have been before your time, but Huntsville was known for the prison, and Rusk was known for being the home of the State Mental Hospital. If someone was acting a little off, they would say"they need to send hiim to Rusk". I am sure no one means to disparage Rusk. More of a generation gap thing.

Coach Griff probably has had the same rule for practice since he has been at LCM and the softball team did it this year. I think it is great. It stresses discipline, responsibility, and team. The fact that a parent is concerned that the coach made them wear matching shirts to practice tells me that there are problems at Lumberton.
