Quiet over in Raiderland... It won't be Friday night...
-
Man I'm going to have to see if I can get some updated stats...
-
-
Hell, I still think the original poster is one of you alls players...
-
You ain't got to worry about that...
-
Back to the game at hand. I'm just hopping you all's defense comes out of this game healthy with all the chop blocking the Pirates do and that we play on a short week (Thursday) which means less time for any healing. Even though in my playoff scenario I need Vidor to win, Indians will be too much... Indians 35 Pirates 27
-
I don't want either of us to look past this weeks opponents, Vidor and Lumberton, but I do feel that is going to be the deciding factor. With the "No Fly Zone" in full affect, I'm not so much worried about the company part, more like RJ's legs and whoever you all's running back is what concerns me.
-
Balanced team coming up soon. Looking at you all's opponent's, it's weird me saying this, but we will probably throw the ball more than any team that you all play before the playoffs.
-
Are you all sure that the new poster isn't a Senior that's trying to get on the field?
-
AAW, now that you've seen them both....

Dayum they both run them QB's a lot!!! -
Something we did a lot in the past but not so much this year with probably the exception of our 2nd best WR who is our best CB. Sounds like they are young now but should be a pretty good come the next 2 years. When healthy, Hines makes everyone look silly.
-
I guess because a loss would all but eliminate the Raiders from playoff contention...
-
Yea, so get off this thread talking about that! Wait your turn!
-
I would think the PN-G @ Vidor game would be game of the week...
-
Uh, I changed my mind, I'm pulling for the Pirates the rest of the way. Aye, aye Captain...
-
We haven't attempted a field goal this year. I agree with Soulja, 3 TD scores. The coach that almost lost to Lumberton 2 years in a row, is in Killeen. That win by Central last night was a bad thing for the rest of the team's on our schedule in confidence in themselves...
-
The funny part, doubt it will happen, there could be a 5 way tie at 6-2 between the Titans, Pirates, Indians, Bulldogs and Jaguars. How would you like to be the odd team left out in that situation?
-
Vidors actual current record is 3-1. I'm predicting they will lose to the Indians this coming Friday but will beat the Lions, the Ganders and the Titans. If that happens, they go 6-2. All Central would have to do is beat the Raiders, the Lions and the Ganders. If the Jaguars lose to the Indians, they'll be 5-3 and if they beat the Indians, they'll finish at 6-2. Just in case you forgot so quickly, we now own the head to head tiebreaker with the Bulldogs as long as it's not a 3 way tie with Vidor. The Bulldogs will beat the Panthers and the Raiders. Their playoff lives will come down to MCM which I'm predicting the Indians to get the W putting the Dogs at 5-3.

Now that I've corrected my standings... Port Neches-Groves 8-0 (Division 2, #1 Seed) vs ??? Vidor 6-2 (Division 2, #2 Seed) vs Crosby Port Arthur Memorial 6-2 (Division 1, #1 Seed) vs New Caney Porter Beaumont Central 5-3 (Division 1, #2 Seed) vs New Caney Nederland 5-3 Lumberton 3-5 I need to know where I can find a Pirate shirt because I am a fan of theirs the rest of the season

Copied, pasted and edited from another thread... I know the games still have to be played but if we all can agree, our 3 bottom teams are Livingston, Baytown Lee and Beaumont Ozen. So looking at the schedules, any of the other 6 teams that still have to play one of those 3, I adjusted their district records to show wins over them and I put the other remaining opponents out to the side. Done alphabetically... Beaumont Central...4-2...Lumberton and Port Neches-Groves Lumberton...3-3...Beaumont Central and Nederland Nederland...4-2...Lumberton and Port Neches-Groves Port Arthur Memorial...6-1...Vidor Port Neches-Groves...5-0...Vidor, Beaumont Central and Nederland Vidor...5-1...Port Neches-Groves and Port Arthur Memorial Normally 5-3 would get you in but we could have a log jam at 5-3 so the for sure magic number is 6...

You are correct...

Beaumont Central 21 Nederland 17/FINAL

Yes, it was a legit offside call at the end. They threw a bunch both ways. I actually felt the refs called a pretty even game. Most of ours were unsportsmanlike 15 yarders, I think 3 of them. -
That is a big difference...

I'm picking against the Pirates the rest of the way for playoff purposes. Just for next week, Go Indians.
