I guess BISD is trying to make a statement that breaking the rules and not keeping control of your program will not be tolerated...He had the football team headed in the right direction when it came to the actual game, but we all know its not just about what happens in those 4 quarters on Friday night. He'll be back coaching somewhere else soon...

I initially said I could live with Brown as the selection and if that's who it is then so be it but I'm starting to think with his hire it would just be for his name.  I remember watching his famous play against Nebraska but does that mean he is the right man for the job?  If he had his choice he'd prefer to have the West Brook job.  Suggs and Stowers aren't coming back and there is nobody on the current staff I feel is worthy of it. Ok Soulja, stop all the emailing and let us know when they are going to make this decision.  Is it tomorrow night because those 7 days are almost up?

None of the 5 current BISD employees that applied excite me.  But... James Brown...just feel he'd be a good fit. Jonathan Cooper...comes from a winning program. Kevin Goodwin...took nothing and made it into something. Marcus Graham...Central ties. Tim Green...comes from a winning program. That would be the 5 I'd interview.

I'm all for him getting the job...

Time for a coaching change...

I thought this game was supposed to start at 7:30???  Got here at 7 and it was in the 3rd quarter...61-23 Ozen...

Glad for the change too...I hope its a whole new coach not currently in BISD with ALL new coaches.  I totally agree that if somebody like Vidors coach with his mentality would have been in place, they would have picked up right where Stowers left off and Central would have never missed the playoffs with Mitchell at QB.  This is not a diss to Vidors program but I know when I was in school that was an automatic W.  Winning is a mindset and he has installed that over there.  Central hasn't had that mindset since Stowers left but its time to get it back...and like UNDERSTAND said, unorganized practices waste time and turn into unorganized gamedays.
