Soulja, after watching game clips from the PA game, I noticed 3 personnel changes in that front 7 along with the scheme. I'd venture to say that the front 7 almost has the best 7 players on the team in it, an old Stowers philosophy.

Hill is impressive and will be the best RB United has faced up to this point this season but even with EJ, #9 and the WR, y'all are not a better team across the board than PA Memorial and they were held in check. I'm looking forward to seeing that our defensive performance last week was not a fluke... Glad to have a Sterling supporter.

Me and Soulja was talking about this exact thing the other day. I think the Bruins can make a deep run in D2 but D1 will be too much for anyone in our district except North Shore. The Bruins will need either the Deer or the Falcons to get in along with the Mustangs and I don't see the Falcons being much help... I can respect that. I like Vidor, mainly their offense. I've always wondered how it would look at one of our schools. I'll be in Baytown Thursday to watch our JV against Sterling.

This is true but in fairness to the coach, the kids have to execute, catch the ball, not fumble the ball, etc. The Timberwolves would have taken a 7-0 1st quarter lead against the Titans if it was not for a fumble in the redzone. Coaches don't have anything to do with that...

My statement from the get go on this has been to play the best player at each position regardless if they wore blue and gold last year or maroon and grey. Period.

In our 1st year, I think making the playoffs would be great for the school, kids, staff and community.

Well they have 2 scrimmages and 3 games of footage and a BYE week to figure it out. For the kids and teams sake, I truly hope they did...
