Bmt United (6-2) revamped their schedule this season after going 34-1 last year. Playing stiffer competition all (6A) schools thus far.
Putting in the hard work to go further this season than last with this younger group and less size.

Not often you see a HS game where two players go for 50+ and combine for 118 points.

Wow!  Poor scorer probably ran out of room on the stat sheet.

We will never have the talent of those 2 schools, but it shows that BH is all in when looking for a head coach. Ya know if you have the resources and the support from the community why not? I see it like this if I budget and handle my business and can afford a Lamborghini  why buy a Ford Focus 😂

Picking the best player in the area is hard lol Everyone has a different definition of being the best player. 
Potential?
Scoring?
Overall?
Athletic ability?
Who is getting a scholarship to the better program? 
Most important to their team? 
So many factors to break down. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Just because someone has the potential to go further in their career does not mean they are a better HS basketball player. We see it time and time again! Colleges go for potential, size, academics, athleticism, etc. If you were picking against someone else to create the best 5 man lineup of setx HS basketball, not everyone would pick the same person first. It really is a never ending discussion! 

No truth whatsoever. A lot of schools will guarantee playing time--just time. not equal time-- for sub varsity levels but when it gets to varsity you have to play to win. 

I was told that it's UIL rules that coaches have to play every kid on the basketball team in every game? Is there any truth to this?

Well let's not forget the whaley fumble in the playoffs.even though I understand u was trying to get the ball in ur best player hands.
 

We'll be alright.  By the time we play NS, we'll be done played teams better than them...

His only issue  while in Old Town was winning playoff games.  Let's see if he can break the curse this year. 

And don't forget that he puts in the extra work and time to get his kids the opportunity to play at the next level, no matter what level that might be...

Yep. And guess what coach at a Killeen school made the playoffs with a 7-3 record??
