I was watching these post early in the season, Everbody was saying Bridge City was falling apart. Those who were talking noise need to look around and see where there team's are. We need to get behind those boy's and wish them the best of luck.

Burleson on the mound for Jasper his last time in High School. He had 11 k's in 6 inning's the team just didn't hit the ball. Good group of kid's Good luck in the future for the senior's.

Tim David's arm is just fine, they had Burleson in the game last friday to give some work.

Hupernikomen, Jasper had a tough battle that night. 12-1 Jasper win's, Bolton did a great job at short stop, Soisson did a great job pitching, came close to a no hitter and a shut out.

It's going to be a packed ballpark come Tuesday, if you don't have anything to do that night and want to see a great ball game be there.

Jasper 5  Huntington 3, Burleson on the mound for the dog's. Huntington did not score until the 7th. I think he had 7 or 8 K's. Bat's looked better friday night, and had a few good defensive play's with a few error's in the infield.

Colton Burleson from Jasper, him and soisson are the two big seniors from jasper.Burleson is the ace this year after going 9-0 last year as a junior.Veloicity in the mid 80s with a solid curve and change-up. Soisson is probably the most solid defensive player for jasper at short and bats 3 hole for the dawgs.

The outfield showed ther age friday night, to much talent sitting on the bench. Senior's stepped up like Billy Ray hitting a clutch hit and having 2 rbi's. Burleson ran base's great scoring all 3 time's he was on. Good hitting by the 4 through 9 batter's, Somebody is going to have to step up and feel some big shoe's LET'S GO DOG'S  FINISH STRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good game in J-Town tonight, Burleson on the mound for Jasper. He had 100 pitch's, 7 K's, 3 walk's had 4 hit's off of him, he looked good tonight. Kirbyville looked good, Jones on the mound for the cat's. He had a problem with control, he had 8 or 9 walk's. He is a good pitcher, that team is going a long way this year. There going to surprise alot of team's. Good job to both team's, it was a great game to watch.

Jasper played a good game, Jacob Soisson stepped up and pitched 5 inning's he play's short stop. His first time on the mound since 8th grade, that goes to prove what kind of talent we have. There were a few mistake's they have to improve on, we left to many player's on base. Jasper will get stronger as we go into the season. GOOD LUCK DOG'S                Jasper 5 Silsbee 5

Jasper 12 Hemphill 1, went only 5 inning's Jacob Clark pitched for Jasper the whole game!

Jasper's is like a snake, shed a skin and grow another. They have a strong junior class, Just two starting senior's on this team.

Burleson pitched 5 inning's allowed 1 hit, Clark pitched 1 inning and Bolton pitched 1. Final score Jasper 10 Shepherd 1

Jasper 22 Lumberton 3  A long day at the park but both team's hit the ball good. Jasper had a few double play's. Jasper hit pretty well and good defense, Jasper pitch Burleson, Bolton, Clark, Floyd, David, Horn, Due.

Coach Steve Smith is a great coach. Been around baseball for year's, know's the game inside and out. Jasper is lucky to have him. He has a ring on his hand to prove it.

Dog's looked good for their first game. Walker looked good behind plate. All the pitching looked good, a few mistake's in the infield. Good base running is going to help them. Well coached team, they should go a long way. Good Luck to the DOG'S  GO JASPER!!!

Crockett drop to 2a, they had a good 3a team they will make it to the playoff's

I was hoping to get alittle input from the public. I do know that that Kirbyville has a few good pitcher's. Jasper has Burleson, Bolton, Clark and a few more.
