  1. Bethany Oswalt of Livingston was selected to play in the State Senior Showcase May 12th at Southwestern University. Though she played central or right defender all four years of high school, she played left wing in the showcase game. With Region 3 trailing Region 2 1-0 with about 20 minutes to play, the ball was played to Bethany, who was making a run from the wide left side. She received the ball about 25 yards out and sent a one-touch shot curling around the keeper into the upper 90, tying the game. The shot shifted teh momentum as Region 3 dominated the rest of the game, scoring again for a 2-1 victory. Congratulations Bethany for representing our area so well!

  12. Lumberton won 2-0.  They dominated possesion and were rarely threatened at their own end.  However, they were unable to finish.  The Livingston defense was solid and the keeper is legit.
