He is saying that Randle is masquerading as a 6A team. I disagree. I could see if Randle only had 2 or 3 classes (no senior class) and not all 4. Then one could say they actually have a potential enrollment of a 6A. But that is not the case. Randle has been open for 3 years and has all 4 classes.
