That's my line of thinking. I see the Mustangs bringing lots of pressure. Particularly if HF is not successful running the ball. The HF QB is better this year with his scrambling abilities but a fast quick defense will give him problems. The game I watched vs. LC-M, he was able to avoid pressure pretty well. But LC-M defense is not nearly as fast as WO-S. Another way to defend the Horn offense is to keep them on the sidelines as much as possible.

Because our schedule Bot has this game as a 7pm kickoff (was the original time when schedules came out) the normal game thread for this game will not be posted till around 5:30pm. This game kicks off at 2pm today so we will have to use this thread as the game thread. Our apologies. Also, there will be no need to use our score codes when posting updates here. Texan Live is supposed to broadcast this game but currently they have it as a 7pm game as well.

@Austin1985 do we have a new QB?

I am guessing the visitor side holds around 700-800. But that also includes seating for band and drill team. Stadium holds about 2800. As for stream, I am thinking Texan Live might pick this game up but not sure they will. HF has their own audio broadcast on Facebook but no video.

Silsbee scrimmaged Pearland Dawson first. Wasn't looking too good from the live on Facebook. The other teams are Pearland and Clear Creek.

Give me WO-S. I picked HF in the preseason to win this district but changed my pick mid season to the Mustangs. I like how they match up with the Longhorns. I think WO-S has the speed to handle and disrupt the HF offense and the run game to control the ball against the Horn defense. It will be a battle and one I will definitely be on the sidelines for. Not going to miss this one.
