It's Summer Creek's district to lose. They are so loaded. CE King is looking good but their defense will be their downfall in games vs. the likes of SC.

If West Brook handles business this week, it's possible they could land in the rankings. Kind of hoping they get there before Oct. 17 to give us a state ranked match up in PA. I am definitely making that game either way.

Starting to get into the district races. What game or games will you be attending this week? Here is where I'll be this week: Thursday Hardin at East Chambers (pre game meal at Tia Juanita's) Friday Huffman at Lumberton - I'll be doing the color commentary for the SETXsports/Texan Live broadcast (pre game meal at Hamburger Depot) Saturday Mississippi State at Texas A&M (pre game meal at the tailgate)

Of course they all have injuries just not on this scale. That's why it set an all time MLB record. Keep up or is that too complicated for your intellect? They missed the playoffs due to a tiebreaker with all those injuries. A simpleton could see that had an effect on their season. Nobody here thinks they made the playoffs. But only a "less than average" intellect thinks the injuries didn't have an impact on their season.

Setting the all time MLB record for IL transactions in a season is as "real" as it gets. Anyone dismissing that FACT as to why the season didn't go as well has a "less than average" intellect. Even the "average" fan can see the "realism" in that.

I'll be on the sidelines for this one. Will hold my thoughts.
