Not too sure about that. 2024 Plano East won 6A. They were more than capable of beating FF. 2023 Lake Highlands won 6A and they had plenty of size and better guard play. 2022 Duncanville won 6A (later had to forfeit title). That team beat FF. Same as 2019. Duncanville. Point being, FF belonged competing at the highest classification while playing UIL. They chose not to play UIL last year and this year because UIL was about to lay the hammer down on the program. Looks like TEA may do it for them. -
Your district record got better because of the district you now play. I stated that out of the three schools that opted up, BC was the only one I really didn't have much problem with doing it since their numbers are close to DI anyways. IMO, BC finishes no better than 3rd in 9-4A DII.
