Correct. For a student to be able to play UIL sports for the school they are attending, they will HAVE to establish residency within that school district. Doesn't matter if it's open enrollment or not.

Schools that have open enrollment can charge outside district residents a tuition fee to attend their school. Now if you choose to move into the school district, there is no fee.

Channel 6 is being misleading with this news article. These are recommendations, not law, like what Channel 6 is inferring. Only thing required is the cooling stations for outside practices. There are more white teachers, professors than black teachers, professors. Correct? There are more white doctors than black doctors. Correct? There are more white................ The point being, you cannot make a comparison of numbers between two races when one race out numbers the other by 5-6 times. But you can compare by ratios and percentages. But you don't want to discuss that comparison.

Just curious as to how you came to rank each team individually? But since you don't have time to back up your ranking, then maybe one should not be so critical of someone else's ranking.

Please breakdown your top 10 Region III team by team. Returning starters, lost starters, etc. Really curious as to the order you have each team ranked.
