Currently 2nd best team ERA in American League and up to 8th in team batting average. Has improved batting average over the last 12 games from .204 to now .237. This current good play trend will lead to more wins and less losses.

Well you can take Bryant out of the equation. He is no longer in the running for the Silsbee basketball job.
-
Final was 3-1 and Hader did not walk the leadoff batter. He walked Springer who was the second batter he faced.
-
2016-19 wasn't too bad. 2016 State runner up 2017 State Champ 2018 State Champ 2019 Regional finals The fact that Silsbee will be Div. II in basketball helps now also.

Josh Hader last eight games: 0.00 ERA | 10.0 IP | 3 H | 0 BB | 13 K

Haven't heard anything. I am thinking they are promoting within. -
Stros with a 5-1 win. Houston pitching has given up just 1 run on 4 hits in last 18 innings pitched.
-
The two coaches should have a free throw shooting contest.
-
Pitched a perfect two innings to end it. Had 3 K's

Astros pitching is pulling it's weight. 3rd best team ERA in American League (3.46). Top 5 in save opportunities and WHIP. Top 3 in strikeouts. Houston's team batting is currently middle of the pack in AL with team batting average at .226. Hitting is getting better over the last 10 games bringing that average up from .204. If the Astros can continue to pitch this well and the hitting continues to improve, then I can see Houston atop the division by the All Star break.

Nothing. I know a couple who has interviewed but no word on any hire just yet. -
Westwood head basketball coach will be interviewed and likely offered the head basketball job at Silsbee. If Bryant takes the job, his star sons will come with him.
-
Job will be offered in the interview Tuesday. It's his for the taking. We will see. Not sure about winning district the next 4 years.

Everyone that I have spoken to says Jones is staying in Silsbee. We will see. In order to be eligible for next season, he would need to transfer now. Otherwise, he takes a risk of not being signed off on or DEC rules him leaving for athletic purposes. If so, he would have to sit a year from when he enrolled at what school he transfers to. It's not as easy at it may seem.
