Nah, I will be in Austin broadcasting Silsbee's state championship game that day. ;D I would imagine Chad will be in Austin also or we will find out where his true love really resides.

Where are these games being played?

Speaking of young, I would bet anyone that Silsbee is the youngest team in the area. Right now they have 1 senior on the team and the rest soph. and freshmen to fill out their 15 man roster. They will get Skinner after basketball is over to give them a whole 2 seniors on the team.

Jay, I think you know me well enough that I can get mean and nasty with the smack talk. The problem I have with some of these HJ guys, I know them personally and they are great guys. I can't get too nasty with these guys. On the other hand, some of the others, I wouldn't mind meeting them in a dark alley with my boys Bif and Rocko. ;D

This is beginning to be old hat. The Hawks and Tigers will do battle again to see who claims the #1 seed in district 21-3A and we will bring you all the action from Port Neches-Groves High school right here at Setxsports. This will be the 10th time these two teams have met in the last 3 seasons and we all know there is a possibilty of them meeting again later this season. I guess we just can't get enough of HJ/Silsbee basketball! Broadcast time will be at 6:45 with tipoff at 7pm. McLovin, I realize that this is your personal choice as to who should represent Silsbee on it's Mount Rushmore, but you are way off on your perspective of prominent Silsbee athletes. I would have Stud for sure and maybe Chris and Mark, but no Shan.

It's only 5 games. I didn't think it was enough to matter. I was going to start it back up next week in the Bi-District round.

Randy Crouch was the Offensive Co. for WOS all the way till the last game. No title was taken from him during the season.

Silsbee has seven key players coming back. Starters Hill, Lane and Stallworth along with Jones, Thomas, Harris, and Bolton. The Tigers could start a big line up with '6"6 Jones, '6"6 Thomas, '6"4 Stallworth, '6"2 Lane, and '5"9 Hill. I think '5"11 Bolton and '6"2 Harris could be starters next year. Silsbee will have to depend on a couple of those JV players to be the three-point specialist. Tigers will lose all their three point shooters after this season.
