Jeremy Johnson is going to LSU Junior Day on Jan. 31, 2009 and he is also going to visit Oklahoma Sooners Saturday Jan. 24th. He got a late invite to Texas A&M for this past Saturday. UCLA, Florida, Miami, Texas, LSU, Northwestern, Arizona, Georgia, Alabama, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, Missouri, Texas A&M and Michigan have all shown interest in Jeremy at QB. The only schools that asked him if he would be interested in playing another position other than QB was A&M and Missouri. Jeremy is going to the Football University Elite Camp Feb. 27-Mar. 1 2009. These are the same people who put on the US Army All American game and they play a big part in ranking these kids.

Baseball America names Aggies Preseason #1

Here's the entire poll: [Hidden Content] -
The phrase doesn't annoy me because I know it to be true. I was a basketball and baseball player in school, only played football in jr. high, but I love it all. I know that I have watched more basketball games than football in my life, but I still love those Friday Nights. The state of Texas has come a long way in the basketball scene. It has really exploded over the last 25 years. When the UIL decided to allow high school basketball players to attend camps, things really changed. Now, the state of Texas is being considered one of the best states for basketball, and that's saying alot.

You are right, granny. You guys proved me wrong. I have no problem with you guys proving me wrong again. ;D

I predict that there will be a stopage in the game late in the fourth because Bullets will have ran out on the floor and tackled Benard for shooting a three with a 30 point lead. ;D ;D ;D

That's a bet. You do know that I will be hand signaling Travis from the broadcast table to let him know where the bet stands late in the game. ;D

I'll match any offer, with a extra helping of an invite to the Silsbee MGA Invitational. ;D -
I'll say he gets at least 16 against us.
-
I personally don't care if he gets a career high against us, as long as we come out with the win.

Lazeek, I forgot, what is your managerial fee? ;D I can hear myself now, "To start the fourth quarter, the Tigers are up by 28 and will only send one player out on the floor so that Bullets won't get any ideas that Silsbee is looking to run up the score". ;D -
The #8 state ranked Silsbee Tigers will travel down to Bobcatland to take on Orangefield in a pivitol 21-3A game. The Tigers are 2-0 after dismantling the Bridge City Cardinals Tuesday night, 106-42. Orangefield comes in 1-1 after losing to Hardin-Jefferson on the road. The last time these two met, Silsbee dominated the Bobcats in Orangefield, 66-33. But the two meetings prior to that were 1 point games, both in the Tigers favor. There is no reason to believe that this couldn't be another close one. Tipoff time will be approximately 7:30, with broadcast time around 7:20. C'mon out and watch some great 21-3A action or catch it right here at Setxsports.com! Are you consulted by every public entity you pay taxes to? Are you provided a list of items everytime an agenda is set? Do you get a list from the government of all the choices they have for every project they are going to spend you tax dollars on? The reason I said hater is because he accused the school of having a history of underhanded dealings without providing ONE example. Making accusations without backing them up is BS. I just had a conversation with a friend of mine and the government subject was brought up. I know there are things that the government does that none of us will ever know about and I don't want to know.

I am talking about glass houses here. Nothing about if HJ can win big, so should Silsbee or if anyone is being "mean" to Silsbee. The fact is, I was at the game and I know for a fact the score was not intentionaly run up on BC, it just fell that way. Same as this game from two years ago. It's funny that people who did not attend games know the story of it based simply off the score. : dude, you won by 64. what story is the score not telling us? now don't talk (at least to me) about glass houses. find me a thread where i defended HJ for beating the crap out of somebody by about 30 points more than necessary. i personally disagree with beating a team that bad, whether it be Silsbee, or HJ, or anyone else in the area who does it. But my point was you and no one else was criticle or even questioned HJ in that regard. the fact that you had to go back two seasons to find an HJ game comparable to this past Silsbee game might explain that one for you. i wasn't really active on here two years ago (with the exception of following some playoff games). HJ hasn't had a single game this season nearly as bad as the Silsbee/BC game, so why should people be criticizing them for running up the score? they haven't broken 100, and their largest margin of victory was 45 (against Milburn). That's nothing compared to Silsbee beating BC 106-42, Dayton 74-18, or Hardin 106-31! So speaking of glass houses, make sure you aren't the only one in the neighborhood who lives in one before you start throwing stones. I haven't been criticle of HJ running up scores, ever. I only pointed it out to compare the lack of criticism. I do not believe in blatant running up the scores, but that was not the case last Tuesday night.
