It's called an Outlaw schedule. West Hardin did it for travel purposes and not competition. They were put in a district up north that was just too strenuous on the school budget.

Yes they do but nobody wants weather to be a factor in the championship game. Besides, usually Sept-Oct. is much nicer temp than mid Dec.

Given the choice of indoors or outdoors, a vast majority of the coaches will go with indoors. I am so glad basketball left that God awful place.
