That's a different Jones. Ahmad Jones played football for Oklahoma St.

77 combined points in first half. Not sure who this pace favors.

Only if Jacksonville finishes 2nd or 3rd in their district. If they win district, they will be on the opposite side of the bracket from Silsbee. -

Correct. Couldn't remember when Haynes coached those two years.

This year. They are pretty solid. Got a post and a wing player that will cause some trouble. I just don't think they see pressure up that way like what they will see from Silsbee. Bullard is pretty good too. Split district games with Jacksonville. I see Jacksonville winning the rubber match. -

Credeur coached Lumberton back in 2007. He hasn't coached at Lumberton since 2015 I believe.

Looking at the Padilla Poll All State 4A teams, Carthage has 15 players on the 1st and 2nd team offense and defense. 15 out of 44 players. If that is a true indication, then Surratt's X's and O's are not what has Carthage winning.

tu needs to keep this "interim" coach as their head coach.

Silsbee beat both these teams in the playoffs last year. No reason why they can't do it this year. Going to be tough but I like the Tigers chances. -

I honestly don't think it's that weird. EC beat Kountze first time around by 20. That Kountze win was somewhat of a perfect storm. EC did not play EC ball that night. (attempted 16 three's in 1st half, that's basically what they shoot for an entire game) To me it's about match ups. Kountze just can't match up with Anahuac. Too big. Anahuac's lack of guard play gets exposed against EC and OF. Buna is that team that just hangs around in games and can come up and beat you. I believe EC is the best team and Orangefield is the 2nd best team and Anahuac 3rd. It's basically playing out like I expected it to go. -

From what I have been told, it's a former assistant coach who became a head coach at two other places, job to turn down.

United has already wrapped up the district title. Even if they were to lose these last three games and finish 11-3 and West Brook win all three and finish 11-3, United would still be district champs based off their sweep of West Brook.
