Prospects Baseball will be having tryouts for this coming seasons 12U team. Tryouts will be Sunday, August 26th at Nederland Little League at 1pm. Please try to be there a little early so that you can register and the boys can be stretched and loose for 1pm start. Spread the word and look forward to seeing each of you out there!!

There are actually 2 twelve year old teams so there were more than just a few Tribe kids make the teams.  We went stricly from kids that were at tryouts and took what we saw were the best kids to make these 2 teams.  With a panel of 5 coaches, we gave each child a fair opportunity to impress with 2 different tryouts.  We had countless meetings going through each kid of each age division to finalize these rosters.  Continue to work hard and remember that this organization will have annual tryouts so just because the rosters are filled for this season doesnt mean that they are set for the beyond that.  Goodluck in this upcoming season.           Prospects Baseball

All 12 yr olds have been notified who have made one of our two teams we put together.  Others who filled out the registration form and put their emails on it have received an email stating you have not made the roster.  The emails were sent out this past friday.

Prospects Baseball will be holding a tryout for a 13U baseball team Sunday, September 25th at the Orange Pony Fields.  Location is behind the Cajun Cookery off of I-10.  Tryouts will begin at 2pm with registration starting at 1:30pm.  The whole coaching staff from Prospects Baseball will be there evaluating.  The coaching staff includes Allen Harrington, Will Delage, Kaleb Carter, Cody Mire and Taylor McInnis.  If you have any questions, please call Athletes Sports Training at 409-724-2030 between the hours of 1-8 pm.  We have had a great response with all of our age groups including this one so we hope to see you all at the ballpark!  Thanks, Prospects Baseball

If your son makes one of our teams, you will recieve a phone call from the coach of that team letting you know that you made it.  Rosters will be set within the next 2 weeks.

One more tryout will be held for the Prospects Baseball organization (9U-12U) at the PN-G softball field.  Had a great turn out for the Aug. 28th tryout.  Looking to fill a few spots with quality players who have a strong desire to learn, work and play the game right.  This tryout will be September 11th.  9-10's will be from 2pm-4pm with registration starting at 1:30.  11 and 12's will be from 4pm-6pm with registration starting at 3:30.    Please call 724-2030 to RSVP.  We look forward to seeing all of you Prospects out there on the field.
