Your facts just dont make sense. Nobody in their right mind thinks Dayton is going backwards. Many people are picking them to win district and beat WOS Friday. Thats far from underrated, thats not an opinion but a fact.

HOUSTON (AP) — A Houston-area high school football standout who had verbally committed to play at the University of Oklahoma was shot to death in an apartment complex in Harris County on Friday. Herman Mitchell, 17, died at Ben Taub General Hospital of multiple wounds, said Lt. John Martin of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The 6-0, 200-pound senior linebacker for Westfield had accepted a scholarship offer to play for OU. Martin said that witnesses said that Mitchell and another teen were fighting in the parking lot. “Evidently, they separated and one came back a short time later with a rifle and fired multiple times,†he told the Houston Chronicle in Friday online editions. Investigators were questioning two people in custody, one of whom was thought to be the shooter, Martin said. Mitchell was a first-team all-district selection on the Mustangs, who were 13-1 last season and were Class 5A Division I Region II semifinalists. With more than 110 tackles last season, he was the team’s top returning tackler.

Dayton is scary good but who on Earth is taking them lightly? They are predicted to win the district by many people. Lumberton is the most underrated by far and possibly even Vidor. To say Dayton is underrated is like saying the USC Trojans are underrated.

We have added a lot of college material for this year mainly on the Big 12 and other texas schools. A lot of coverage for the Texans and Cowboys are also in the works. We are currently working on it at this hour :'( and Im tired! It's coming guys and we hope you enjoy it more than ever. It really should be the best one ever and Im not just saying that.

Plus Im tired of PNG playing Brenham, La Marque or any of those other teams. Play WOS who is right down the road! When those two teams get together, the last things you have to worry about are packed houses and great games.

as a png fan and graduate, Id love to see the Indians play the Mustangs again. They were great games and great atmospheres. Plus I too hate the long drive, especially since I have to cover the games in Pearland

Posted the above for info. I really, really hate this for Brittany and hope everything works out. She is an AWESOME athlete and great player to talk to. I'll keep her in mind and know she will come through. She is tough as they come.

By Orange Leader Sports NEDERLAND — The Bridge City Cardinals suffered a major setback Friday night both on and off the court. Nederland swept Bridge City in three games but the big news was an injury to a key senior starter for the Lady Cardinals. Brittany James injured her knee in the match and had to be helped off the court. James, a four-year player for Bridge City, will have the knee examined over the weekend to determine the extint of the injury. Nederland won the match 23-25, 25-12, 25-12 and 25-17. The Lady Cardinals will play at the LaPorte Tournament Thursday and Saturday of next week.
