I am agree. Barbers Hill is 7-2 this year too so that leads me to belief Kenny Harrison is a better 5A coach than Tom Westerberg

I give respect to any football coach. That's a lot of hours spent teaching high school boys what to do. Last year I had to sit in the crowd for a few during North Shore at Memorial. Fans were all over Kenny. It was freaking North Shore, same team that later won state.

In my opinion which usually doesn't count for much at all, this is the third year in a row PNG has the more talented team.

PNG's run game could be the difference maker with Hughes and Johnson on the read option. Nederland has a great secondary with sophomore Noah Lewis has six picks and is 1 INT behind Kary Vincent for district lead. Id expect Nederland to need to have to run the ball really well and that plays into PNGs favor.

I have to come up with my prediction today. The favorite has to be PNG going in but two things are in Nederland's favor: 1. Larry Neumann. This is far from a knock on the PNG coaching staff which I think highly of. It's more knowing Neumann and his staff have done this since 1993 now and nothing will surprise them. 2. The playoffs. PNG has a ton to play for with the streak still going but with the addition of Nederland playing to get in, Barrow and Spell will throw anything and everything at PNG. This is going to be a great football game.

whoa, to claim Memorial should have multiple titles is a huge stretch. How quickly you forget the teams that have won titles in Kennys time at memorial. Its mainly been Kary, Allen, Cedar Hill and Westlake over and over with other big time programs sprinkled in. If you think the Titans have talent those teams double it.

Two years ago he was a sophomore starting in a very tough 6A district so asking him to do a lot is out of question. The offense had to be vanilla but luckily both Dauphine and Kam were there. Last year Kadon was hurt so there goes a lot of what Kenny was hoping to do.

You do remember Kadon only played in a handful of games last year? So saying another quarterback would have done better is a mute point. Its also made mute by the fact Kadon is second in 22-5A in yards and leads the district in completion % at 68 and has 19 TDs and 7 interceptions. People need to quit trying to point at the QB like that position was the only position that struggled the last two years. Kam didn't have 1,000 yards last year. Do you blame him for there being no running game? No, you realize the line didn't play well and he was hit in the backfield almost every player.
