I guess they did. Dayton had a heck of a season from all I've read and should be proud of their accomplishments. LT has a lot of hype in this area, year in and year out, but normally don't quite live up to it.

Oh, hello! I could've told you that if you had asked nicely. I've been told it's a "read" offense, for whatever that's worth. I'm sure the 'Stangs coaches will have a plan of attack. From what I saw last year, the offense is much different with Locke at QB, more passing, more balance with the running game. But that's just a mom's view.

Big surprise, I'm sure, but I think we will win. I hear Carthage is fast. I find it hard to believe that they are faster overall than Cuero. I've read some about Blackshire and he sounds very good. Hopefully we'll be able to put enough pressure on him to force him out of his "game". Our OL has torn defenses apart the last few games. I know this will be the toughest game since Cuero, but I think we're up to it.

You have ZERO clue what you are talking about. This is his FOURTH year in high school, the same that every other athlete gets. He was held back from starting kindergarten, which is fairly common from what I understand. UIL states a player who turns 19 before September 1 is ineligible - his birthday is in October.
