If Hunt does NOT play then this game is a toss up, with the coin leaning in WOS favor. And I know that all the Jasper fans will be screaming that they have been plenty good with the back-ups in, BUT HUNT is a special dude. WOS minus the starting QB Jasper minus Hunt WOS has the advantage.

Built before the law was put into place. I think it was a 2010 law, that went into effect in 2012, any press box over 500 square feet has to have an elevator, if I'm not mistaken.

You are spot on, the reason the 4th place team was added was to eliminate the bye week. It really works out perfectly. District winners get to continue to stay sharp by playing a game, usually against a sup par opponent. However, when there is a 4th place team that is really talented they have a shot to make a run.
