  1. Again, I have no idea. Hence the question?
  2. That is crazy. I was under the assumption that every school had an official logo, preferred mascot and approved Font.
  3. It's good to have expectations and goals. I'm sure Coach Morgan's are just as high, if not higher than yous.
  4. Not personal at all. I just know that some very deserving coaches got overlooked in the hiring process a couple years ago, because the "Hometown Hero" was coming back to save the day. Kinda sad to leave those kids after only 2 years.
  5. If i knew, I would not have asked the question. I inferred it was because the District was too tough. Hence the words, "i guess."
  6. Why stay with a program when there is not a future? Coaches coach to win, and have a chance to win Championships. Building a program is one thing, but when you have it built and the talent runs out, well that is a different story all together.
  7. Every district in the State of Texas sits on a minimum 8-10 million dollars. It is called a rainy day fund. It sits in an account and earns interest every year and is replenished by the budget as needed. If the School Board made the decision to put lights up, the money is there.
  8. And with multiple schools playing football and soccer there and hosting band marching contest, the turf has received its fair share of wear a tear.
  9. Love how some people can't move on from the past. Haters gonna hate, i guess.
  10. Probably depends on who the Offensive Coordinator is and the vision of the Head Coach.
  11. Trying to figure out why the outside Haters like to gang up on Beaumont so much?
  12. Not beating Crockett. Crockett started a ton of Sophomores and still beat Trinity last year. Trinity may be improved next season but so will Crockett. There is a reason the "hometown Hero" left people.
  13. What a joke, let's take the lights out of the gym and see how long that last. If it was basketball in HJ they would have it done tomorrow with local donations. Not sure why the Baseball Booster club can't go out and raise $200,000 in Sour Lake.
  14. Definitely don't think we will see four 22-4A teams in the third round of the playoffs this year.
  15. Looking like BC, LC-M, Orangefield and Silsbee in that order probably?
  16. I know LCM is solid, plays good defense, has above average pitching and moves runners along well, but usually WOS is just as good in these areas. Is WOS down that much this year?
  17. No way they beat Franklin, Crockett, Diboll or Coldspring, IMO. Are you saying they fired the "Home Town Hero?"
  18. I know one of the finalist and he would do any outstanding job. Not only is he a great coach, he is a great leader. He has a plan that take PAM to the next level.
  19. I guess that new District was just too tough for the "Home Town Hero."
  20. They already have two Sophomores (Juniors to be) that rushed for over 1,000 yards each. Crowded backfield and no QB is not a recipe for success.
