Czerwonka only lasted 1/3 of the 1st? Perhaps not enough rest during the year?? Either way, sounds like the Willis team could hit the ball and our bats went cold. Well...not in the cards. It's a shame because we really had a strong team. But good pitching will shut down good hitting the majority of the time...IMO.

Our pitching will be there tomorrow. We know we can swing the the stick, just got to keep it out of the air. Anyone can catch a fly ball. Our sticks will come through. I don't know the stats on our run production for the year but our run total should rank up among the district leaders. Got to get through the first one tomorrow though then work on closing it out! I haven't seen Brenham play but their program/play speaks for itself.  I did see the 2nd PNG Crosby game and PNG can hit. Game 1 should set the tone for the series.
