HJ's starts monday august 6th, at 8A.M. and we go till around 12:30 with a 50 minute break in the middle somewhere...

i have to agree with everyone else and disagree with totalsportsprogram... just because your from a 3A or under school doesn't mean that you can't be a very good player... i do agree that WB would most likely win against HJ, but i dont agree with all the other crap you said... heres an example... ( i know its football but im just trying to make a point)... for anyone who saw the Dave Campbell's football magazine this year... all 3 of the guys on the cover, who are college stars now-adays, are from 3A and under texas high schools... or as you said from the sticks... but you know what that didn't stop them... so ima have to agree with BIGDADDYDAVE... you need to stop running your mouth...

Roby will come off the J.V. and he is like 6'5" i think... Sutherland = one of the top 3 coaches... i'd say only second to Boutte Tons of returning talent... Burrell, Bernard, Payne, Weldon, Fontenot, Sundgren, Guillory, McNeely and lots of others... i do believe Silsbee will be very good, but i dont see HJ getting blown out against anyone...

i just dont see Kountze above East Chambers... Kountze will be good again next year as always, but EC will still have Thomas, and untill hes gone i dont see Kountze being better then EC... the only reason they beat them this year was because they had Powell, Boyd, Boykins, and Busby.... and with those 4 gone i dont see them beating EC... and i dont think Silsbee will be much better... the way i see it is Silsbee/HJ as 1 and 2 .... or .... 2 and 3... but i agree with you on most of it... just that your top 4 is in the wrong order...

oh yeah... PAM vs WB should be a good one...

you have like 10 posts that have something to do with Gunther Westfall... and i believe in one topic you said that Gunther Westfall is the Unibrow, Russian Chick off of Dodgeball... i have no idea what that has to do with SETXsports...

WOS vs. Dayton Dayton vs. PAM WOS vs. PAM

HJ still can beat all of those teams except... Ozen, Memorial, and Maybe WB... Everyone understimates HJ because they are losing Donahoe, but we have several good players coming up...

lol... yeah i know that this a perfect scenario, but i was just saying that it is possible for them to win... the stars may have to align, and the pope himself may have to bless it, but its possible...lol... ;D

well lets do this... say that J'Coven is hurt and can't play and Donahoe has a night like he did against Hamshire-Fannete (and scores 40something points)... who wins that one?

well to be honest.. i dont think Big Sandy would beat WOS, but i think Big Sandy will be a very dominant 1A school... thats why i put them up there... i look for Big Sandy to make a deep playoff run...

Heres my top 10... 1. Ozen 2. PAM 3. WB 4. Central 5. EC 6. HJ 7. Silsbee 8. Kelly 9. Kountze 10. Big Sandy Honerable Mentions: WOS, West-Hardin, and Warren bit rough... but looks better to me...

Earl Thomas, Tremain Thomas, Cody Green, Johny Dishon, and Trey Burell... are some of my picks...

i have to agree... HJ could beat everyone on that list except Ozen and Memorial... they may also lose to Central and WB but those would be closer games... you said... "Please tell me what does HJ have"... they Have... several starters back and alot of strong players that were on the bench last year returning... we may not have another Donahoe, but we have several other good players... I believe Burell and Bernard will take up Donahoes spot as the main point scorer... and i believe both of them are capable of scoring 20+ points a night... and your dreaming if you think Kountze or East Chambers would beat HJ by 25 or more... i seriously doubt that Ozen or PAM could do that either... you have 4 24-2A teams on there... if teams in that district are that good to be on the top 10 list of SETX (an area that last year had 2 state titles, a State Runner up, 2 Regional Finalists, and a Regional Semi-finalists) then one of those teams had better win state... i agree with Kountze and EC being on the list, but i just dont see Warren or Newton being on there... I'm not trying to take anything away from those teams, they may be very good...all im saying is that there are better teams...
