scooter, are you induring extra hours of daylight or extra hours of darkness in Alaska right now?

Can anyone let me know if there are any double headers this weekend near the Houston area? I know PNG v LC kick off at 7PM on Sat, and Lumberton v LaMarque at 7PM on Friday, is there a game before either one of these games at Stallworth?? It can be anywhere near the Houston area. Thanks for any help.

they could go two routes with this: 1. hire an older established ex college coach whos been around that may still want to coach but isnt going to get another glamor job. They are viewed as past their prime but still have the desire to coach so they may want the Lamar job just because they love to coach. they have been through it and may be better to handle the initial extra stress that will come with this job. 2. Hire a sucessful local HS coach that has the patience to go through the growing pains that are going to be there. They would recruit locally and the area would be a little more forgiving being the coach would be a local guy. JMO on the subject and I think it will be great if this indeed happens. Im a Lamar alum and a season ticket holder at the Montagne and would consider the football tix as well.

Lumberton ahead of Dayton & PNG is pushing it. I know they beat Dayton blah blah blah but if they played today to you actually think they would win?? seriously. Port Neches beat Lumberton and lost to Dayton but the game meant nothing to them in the big scheme of things. I know you cant please everyone but there is no way Lumberton is the second best big school in the area.....no way. mine would be: 1. WB 2. Dayton 3. PNG 4. Lumberton This is just my opinion and nothing more. You guys do a great job and are great for HS sports in SETX so keep up the good work.

after some recent terrible seasons its nice to see Cleveland turning the corner and getting back into the playoffs but Kirbyville will be a little too much this week IMO.

Humble is in the same position Port Neches was last night, where their playoff position will not change with a win or a loss, they are locked into their spot. If PAM can jump on them early they should have a shot. Dont expect Humble to risk injury in this game so just stay ahead early. Good Luck Titans.

why did they take the names off the back of the jerseys? Them along with us were 2 of the regular teams that had the names. the comment is I was really impressed with the football stadium in Dayton. It was a very nice place to see a game.

you can spin it anyway you like but the history book will always show a "tri' champion in 22-4A in 2007. You guys should have taken care of business against Lumberton if you wanted it all to yourselves. Im still shocked that the Raiders beat you guys 8-7. Still unbelievable.
