A friend of mine told me about Johnny Ray Smith, former LU Cardinal and Tampa Bay Buccaneer also from Cleveland

I do know for a fact that a former AD/HC from Cleveland has been an assistant coach in the NFL RB/Special Teams

Pretty sure Taft has job if he wants it in Cleveland.Would be a good hire especially with his ties to the community
