  2. great job guys...keep it rollin'
  3. this poll, like the other is simply going to show who can get the most fans to vote...not real sure how truly objective most folks will be but its all in good fun.
  4. Funny ... that is basically what we kept hearing from Lumberton fans about the Raiders last year. ;D who made it to the playoffs ...and died in the first round?
  5. I am quite certain that he will be more concerned about Vidor than WOS since Vidor is in our district...I said at the end of last year that Vidor is the team to beat in 20-4A IMO...they have alot of talent returning and they will be very tough this season.
  6. You guys don't go assuming that the UIL will doing something rational! There will be a "what the heck were they thinking" moment I am sure when the realignment comes out.
  7. No lie...a scrimmage is nothing more than practice with another team...everyone always gets over-excited about scrimmage results when the "score" means little to nothing.
  8. Bigger question...why is Vidor playing Kelly? They need to step up the pre-district competition...Vidor wins and they should...no lose situation for Kelly.
  9. You just did it...it is used to move or "bump" a thread back to the top
  10. I am confused??? how can LCM be a sure bet to win district when another thread says that PNG is a sure thing...I guess everyone needs to fire their coaches at the end of each season so they can be guaranteed a district championship every year ;) :...that seems to be the key to success if you listen to some on this board!
  11. Or we will see just how good PN-G is or isn't. That's more along the lines of what I was thinking.
  12. Congrats guys! Way to hang tough and finish 'em off.
  13. Awesome...any news on sparrow's injury?
  14. they may not but they probably should! ;D
  15. dang...hope it ain't that
  16. no kidding...we really are pathetic
  17. come on guys...get out of this! how about a little 6-4-3 DP
  18. looks like PB tied it up in the top of 3
  19. I heard they were bringing in the Pittsburgh Steelers...PNG faithful have Steelers favored by 2 1/2 I believe.
  20. that's what I am hearing and that makes perfect sense to me...go get 'em Kohl!
  21. geez...just what the PNG faithful need to hear!!
  22. Best of luck to the BC all stars...earn that trip to Williamsport!
  23. Lost first game to McComb, Mississippi (Good team...should win the tourney) Lost second game to Eagle Pass, TX (should've beat 'em, but our boys were exhausted after getting a horrible draw in the bracket) Those hillbillies do NOT know how to draw a bracket!!! Yep, c'mon...don't blame "the bracket"...you play the schedule or draw you are given, period.
  24. Was the pitching change necesarry? It was definitely time for a change when it was made...Jannise pitched a GREAT game, but his pitch count was getting high and he was having a long inning and outs were getting hard to come by for him. Overall, these kids played great and most importantly with a lot of heart...the results were not what they expected, but to win sometimes you have to be lucky and good...these guys were pretty good, but did not get all the breaks (for example, one of Bryant's key hits in the inning was a swinging bunt)...that's life and hopefully these kids learn from that and use it for some good in the future.
