Been around Nederland sports since late 80's, cousin played db on '88 team David Walker. My wife is a '87 Ned grad. met her in '96, married in '97. She's a 30 year great NISD math teacher at C.O. WILSON JR. High. Nederland coaches know me, personal friends not so much, maybe 1 might say he likes me, most of the school coaches probably don't care for me from my non participating role in the sucking up program to get kids playing time. Had a few nephews play football & baseball for Nederland High(2008-2015), 2 sons play football\baseball & basketball(2015-2019) & 2 nephews in 9th grade playing football\basketball & baseball rt. now. Whatever you tell yourself to make you think it is not an anger & bad emotional problem you have with Nederland coaches & players to consistently & constantly post they are not good at any area of football the last couple years, Spidey. It's all good tho, it is just kind of hard to take you seriously & understand this weekly negative beat down of only Nederland, when other local teams are bad also not knowing why or who you are to even care so much about the Dawgs. Like i said before I will be on the visitors side at home games, at the top, next to press box scoreboard side if you ever need to get this Coach Barrow\Nederland hostility off your chest or just talk football or sports in general. Ole spidey is dealing with some long term Nederland Football jealousy, built up anger & mental anguish caused by incidents that did not go his or her way in the past to be ranting negatively on coaches, players & fans for so many years. I have offered support & an ear to talk about this hate issue. But can't seem to get thru to spidey to even sit at some games to talk football or even put his or her name on one of the many negative posts, so maybe someone in the setxsports or Nederland community can get him or her over this hurtful & tramatic bulldog experience.

If that is all true, that was one hell of a good a🙊🙊 8 page offensive playbook & some damn good QB's Faircloth did not teach how to read defenses or go thru progressions in 12 years. Down right more amazing Mr. Faircloth won as many games & was as successful as he was without a novel sized playbook & not teaching his players the basics of being a QB.

Peavey is a very good coach, but West Brook would still be struggling the same this year if he was still head coach. IMO

How many school board meetings was Reagan at demanding a better coach be hired then Larry Neuman? Can't wait to see who this person is when he shows up at the "right time" giving his opinion to the school board why Barrow needs to be fired & any other "home grown" staff members at NISD need to be gone also.

You been posting the negative opinions about Barrow & his staff's coaching abilities the day Uncle Larry announced his retirement 6 or 7 years ago, so I believe its more a personal issue or dislike for Barrow & anyone "home grown" employed at NISD.

Let me know when you decide to start going to NISD school board meetings to express the issue that Nederland varsity football is being coached by a junior high level head coach, I would like to witness who & how many don't respect his varsity head coaching abilities. If the Anti Monte Barrow people do not come together, get out in public to spread this mess. to the community there will never be pressure on ole Kieschnick or the school board to make a change you think is needed to better Nederland football.

If head coaches are watching these boards daily for info on the teams they will play each week then their focus is not in the right place.

I do not think any setsports.com coverage area coaching staffs wait each week to read setxsports posts to get info to help game planning.

I believe Barrow was a Neuman asst. coach since '93/'94 & worked his way up to Nederland OC & been the guy choosing the offensive plays since the late 90's. Uncle Larry was a big defensive guy & focused more on that side of the ball.

Shows how great Coach Comeaux was leading the png vball program all those years.

Someone in Nederland Football program broke his or her heart at some point in life & setxsports football forum is he or she's negative venting outlet. I pray the forum has started spideys healing process from this inner pain.🙏🙏
