I just want to see how many schools running the spread ( 4/5WR sets) even have 2 good WR? The rest of the WR are out there blocking and running decoy routes. It kills the kids from learning the game too. The spread is nothing more then a Run N Shoot or the Fun N Gun as Steve Spurrier called it back in his days at Florida. Crosby Cougars talking about they have 600 yards rushing on the season. How many of those yards came last night vs. Dawson ?

I thought the field went North and South after watching the spread all I see is East and West running plays. I've been to 4 games this year of 5A-4A football and I'm still waiting to hear some pads hit and see a hit that makes you stand up in the crowd. Like when a LB destroys a ISO play on the goalline. back went football was hitting and not hand fighting

Wow !!! That was some deep middle school football. Football you've got to love it where else can everyone get fired up.

Buddy let's not get ahead of ourselves. We can run the spread at PAM against Central and Ozen but our spread doesn't look the same against WB (9pts) LaPorte (14pts) and the GPNorthshore of the world. Hell we only scored 10 pts in last year playoff lost agaisnt Houston Memorial. 7 of that was on the first play of the game. I just think that we would be for more dangerous with a TE and FB to go along with that offensive line that avg about 270lb a cross the front come Nov and Dec when the weather it not always sunny.

Jayce Nelson (PN-G)- 74 catches, 1123 yds and 12 TD in 2010  These numbers speak for themselves. I also think there is a darkhouse in Seales (6'2 190 lbs) from Port Arthur kid was little used last year due to K. Weasley but he should be able to shine this yr

I wonder how man years has the preseason number one actually won the title? I just don't see how people vote on teams they don't see play. It looks like the some teams are ranked every year.

There's no coaching needed for these teams.
