well every year someone gets on here and talks about transfers.....so I would guess and say at least half over the last 10 years had come true...Mike I think that you should check with someone who is close to tiger athletics on this.... ;)  :o

I was referring to the last 5 or ten years, HJ gets 1 transfer and now we are even with the tigers.....NO WAY...

HJ has nothing on Silsbee's recruiting....you know that...

[/quote] Good point about posting a news article.  I agree wholeheartedly.  Thats why I feel it is important to look at the comment/post in its full context as opposed to just screaming that saying that, since you mentioned names in the post heading, there was something wrong with that.  And, yes I can PM Dove.  However, most of my exchanges with Dove are on the light side and several other posters who know the both of us often enjoy participating in the commentary.  Its kind of like the law.  Some interpret the law verbatim while others try to enforce the intent of the law.(aka;  No need to stop a guy driving 80MPH in 70MPH zone if you know he is rushing to the hospital because his wife is about to give birth to their first child)  I know you are a moderator and I fully comprehend/appreciate the importance of "supervisory unity" and therefore cannot expect you to agree with me.  It is what it is. I'm not sure where the problem lies, I have a good idea, just from the attitudes that I have witnessed, but my opinion is irrelevant. I just wish they would all come together and put the chest bumping aside, because it is hurting the young men and women. It should have never gotten this public. (in my best Jessie Jackson voice) Your the one with the whistle, lets keep it professional and official.....lol or maybe Johnny Cochran voice.....if the glove doesn't fit......then you must acquit.

Maybe we can have a meeting of the two league's top people on a sports extra episode and let the viewers see whats up....

I just hate to see it, there are good officials in both chapters....There is NO reason for them not to come together and make one harmonious professional group other than attitudes....Hopefully they will work it out.

2007 regional finals HJ vs. Silsbee, Hawks win in double overtime by 3 I think...Both teams refused to give up.... 2009 HJ vs. Estacado in Austin to see who makes it to the state championship Hj looses by 2 I think in double OT....
