None of you have anything to hang your heads about. I have grown to know yall over the years and yall have provided some of the best entertainment money can buy. I can remember win I was first started going to HJ games and watched a little kid (and I mean little) doing back flips off of the bottom row of bleachers, I went home and told my wife about it and she laughed and said it was probably Jacoby, and he was going to be one of the best athlete for HJ one day. Fast forward 10 years....guess what he was. Again congrats to all of the HJ seniors.

Silsbee will be fine against Madison...They look real good in warm ups but i wish we could have played them first instead of estacado, I think we matched up with them better, as I think silsbee will.

The Nederland PNG rivalry was huge back when i was little....well ok young...But HJ and Silsbee has been one of the best.

Great job Hawks you guy's have made us very proud watching you grow and compete over the last four years... ;D

Not at all, The general concensus sounded as though FF wouldn't be much of a game, but I disagree, The Hawks will need to play like they have been the last two games for them to win. At this point in the game there are no teams that arrived to the sweet 16 in texas by way of luck. ;D

Well since we are talking basketball, I did not see RR nor did I see KS, GI, JH, (wish I would have), so I they cant be my favorite, So my favorite has to be........The team of this year,.....ok..ok....Tie between Trey and Jarvis. The key to the post is favorite, not best, Therefor not seeing some of the other players I just cant make them my favorites. I've heard alot and read alot about Rocky that guy must have been a lot of fun to watch, wish I could have seen it.

They were down by 9 with about 4 minutes left in the Mexia game and they tightened up and won by 3. Coach Worley and Coach Merrick both do a great job! To say that they have little to no chance might be a little misleading. HJ may very well win by 15 but Fairfield will make them work for it. This should be a great regional tournament. Hopefully a Hardin county team will be in Austin for the fourth or fifth straight year. Wasn't kountze there the year WOS was.

Its very nice to have two very good programs this close together, I've said it every year and I will say it again. It's a shame that one of us will be denied a trip to austin becuase I think both are very worthy.
