First time I have seen spurger play and I have to say I was very impressed. Great ball movement, and a very disiplined team, great job coach and players.

Valent effort put forth by the Hawks, at one point in the second quarter HJ was down bad, they went on a 11 - 0 run to fight back withn 9, Rudder just too athletic for the Hawks tonight. Katy Williams and Sharadin Priddy had great games, Our post players played well, they held their own, but the gaurds for Rudder were very good. Good Luck to Rudder along the way. Hawks lets start rebuilding for the next year. Congats to our two Seniors Victoria, and Page, You brought home a undefeated district championship home to HJ for the first time in a while. Not to shabby gals, and nothing t hang your head over, good luck in your future endeavors.

I see Silsbee falling behind at first and then turning up the pressure catching up mid 3rd quarter and finishing with a 15+ win. Good Luck Silsbee.

That was good AAW, I'm like everyone else, I know we have our hands full. The last three years really. Hopefully we can make it throught the gauntlet and see all of our District neighbors in Huntsville.

That is pretty impressive about Silsbee, I didn't realize that. HJ has made it to the regionals 3 times in the last five years and won it twice ;D. All in all 21 3A s darn good...

I think they gave us the best they had...I have seen worse....Everyone is complaining, but it has to be very difficult to call a big game like that. I hoestly thought that ONE of the best gams we had called was the game that we lost to silsbee, but there is always a litte contraversy in every game called.

I predict a 121 to 122 Silsbee win in 6 OT's
