Wow what a great game, I will have to recant an earlier statement about Silsbee's speed, they do have it and alot of it. it was deffinately a great game played by both squads I was proud of both teams. Shannon R. is the real deal he is a great pg. I know that those were the best two teams in District, and cant wait till the next game. Great game hawks, now lets keep it rolling. ;D HJ By 12, I think they will have the christmas turkey out of their system and they will come out and play some ball. If they play like they did when they beat chapil hill they will be very hard to beat. As for the smack talk there is no way Silsbee is faster than that chapil hill bunch. I know both teams are very good and it will be a very intertaining game, good luck to both squads.

HJ 63 Silsbee 42 HJ has been playing very well, but will have to play better than they did in cleveland

St. thomas is a very large school with a lot of good athletes, they just went on a good run in the 4th take the lead and we needed more time to overcome it. The St Thomas coach is an HJ alum so I was glad someone from HJ got a win last night....

Congrats EC I know yall will when your district this year and probably make it to Austin, it sounded like a great game the other night and I hate I wasn't there to support my Hawks but good luck the rest of the year. As for my hawks, take no prisoners the rest of the year.

I havent seen a whole lot play but so far my bias pick is HJ is playing the best right now. We will have to step it up a notch come playoff time and I can't wait until we play Silsbee and OF those will be great games, as they always are.

I will have to do my best to get there, That is the day I bring my son back to the airport but I will make every effort to make it.
